Bueno para empezar estoy tan molesto decepcionado por el motivo de el precio el precio por hospedaje por cada dia o noche fue tan alto que yo pague esa cantidad por que pense que iva a hacer un hotel de alta categoria de una calidad de excelencia pero no para mi fue una cantidad miy alto por una habitacion tan pequeña y las olmohadas y sabanas y el cuarto con olor a mojo o a humedad yo pague tambien por una habitacion con mirada a la playa y me dan el segundo piso que solo se miraba los arboles que no miraba la playa y por ese precio no se si es esta aplicacion de expedia es que encuentro este precio alto o fue el hotel que se excedieron en el precio yo me he hospedado en estas fechas en mejores hoteles y con un precio muy bajo pagar $442 por noche yo esperaba un servicio y una habitacion calidad pero estoy tan decepcionado y me sientoa verdad robado estube verificando otros hoteles ahi mismo y con un precio muy bajo y de mejor calidad y estando ahi pregunte a otros huespedes y tenian precios mas vajos o mas comodos y con mejores habitaciones la verdad quede yo y mi esposa tan decepcionado y mas con ese mal olor a moho no descansamos bien ni dormiamos bien y a pesar que nosotros lo desinfectamos fuimos a comprar desinfentantes como repito no se si esos precios los pone expedia o el hotel porque yo creo que a alguien que le cobren $1,472.97 por 3 noches espera una calidad de habitacion

I really liked the room , I was just in the area for a convention so it was a lot of room for the time that I stayed , hotel a little dated but it was clean , the only thing was it had a smell , nothing unbearable but noticeable . I had an ocean view room and directly looking at the pool , trash in the pool but I kind of chucked it up to being out of season . Just a suggestion keep the pool clean or covered ? It just took away from the ocean view .

Our stay was 2 nights. We had no hot water. A huge part of staying at a hotel is the convenience of a shower. We had no hot water and when I checked at the desk there have been plenty of complaints. I understand that an issue like that takes time to be resolved, but I would think that the hotel would compensate us in someway For the inconvenience . So far I have heard nothing in response to our issue. Service to your customers has to be number one.

The elevators were down and we were informed at checkin that only one elevator was working. To go down we had to call the front desk to have the elevator sent up. This was not relayed to us at checkin but it was relayed to our friends. We ended up taking the stairs from the 7th floor. For the cost this should have been better relayed.

The staff greeted us immediately when we came in the hotel. Also, when leaving or returning to the hotel. The only issues we had is the tub drain was slow when we were taking a shower, so the tub will fill up.

Everything was good but the shower never got hot. After a long cold day you want a nice hot shower and we didnt get that.
