Second time staying here and they remodeled the bathroom, very nice improvement. Absolutely beautiful ocean views! Easy access to grocery store and a cinema across the street. Easy access. Plenty to do in the area.Beds are a little soft but we look forward to booking again next year.

The property is situated perfectly for beach, shopping, or just viewing the ocean. Checking in was a snap. The kitchen and bathroom appeared to be recently modernized. My wife and I are elderly, and we found it perfect for the two us.

Great Place, Needs Attention

Overall, this is a great place to stay for all the reasons other reviewers have listed but there are some cons. The mattresses. Plenty of people have mentioned it in their reviews and they are 100% correct that the mattresses need to be replaced immediately. Here's the main issue I have: no one "cares for" this place. It's clear the owners don't use it. The oven does not open fully unless the fridge door is open. The living room furniture is stained. The beds are injury inducing for anyone over 30. Make no mistake, this is a FANTASTIC place and I've really enjoyed my stay, but these things need to be addressed. I'd love to stay here again but I won't just because of the beds. The other stuff I can live with. If the stuff I mentioned doesn't bother you, book this place now!

Great views, terrible mattresses

Great views and great location. This place would've received a 5star rating from me, but the mattresses were terrible -- they gave me and my partner back pain and kink in our necks. Having a good mattress on vacation is imperative, and if the owners change that out, I would reconsider coming here again.

End of summer, get away.

Overall, fun place pool was clean and very nice. Looks sharp at night, especially with the moon In the background reflecting off the ocean makes for an awesome picture. But that should give you an idea of how our vacation went awesome awesome, wish it could have been longer.

making the most of what you got

everything went smooth the condo is well layed out making the most of the space very roomy the ocean view is to die for the bathroom needs alot of help but it worked for us end unit nice entrance u can store stuff it was very quiet when we were there living room spacious beds comfortable will return again in april

Get Away for R&R

Would recommend to up grade the bathroom vanity to a 36” one A MUST !!! Also put in a 17” toilet and adjust bathroom mirror accordingly The beds were DOUBLE size & need to be updated to QUEENS size We experienced something unexpected which was the BATTERY went bad on the entrance door & we could not get into the unit using our code. It is very tricky to operate the door. We had to call for help several times to get help!!! This unit has TWO doors to open to enter which seemed excessive But if the beds & bathroom are corrected we maybe back Otherwise it was good. We enjoyed the balcony and the sound of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things you need to cook a great meal. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven

Great Spot on the Beach!

Nice Studio, with innovative privacy, and great views of the ocean/beach/pool. . .with a corner balcony. . .and more than enough storage. . .and, full kitchen to prepare in-condo meals. . .I'd stay there again; and bring a few friends!!

Beautiful view of beach!

Beautiful views from corner condo unit and easy access to beach. Unit was fine however kitchen lighting is dim at best. Wall A/C unit works well for the unit but was quite loud and the outdoor table was not cleaned. Was nice visit overall though.

Getaway

The condo I stayed in needs work, walls need cleaning, wood needs attention, the stainless steel needs to be cleaned occasionally with SS cleaner. The appliances were streaked and very smudged. The dishwasher wasn’t run and dirty dishes were still in it. The cleaning staff should have picked this up. The most annoying part of the entire week was the non-compliance of 4 families with respect for pool rules. Every day, with the exception of one - at 9 AM, a woman with this group would put towels on 5 lounge chairs and the 4 chairs at a table w/umbrella - leave - and no one was there until 11-11:30. They played loud music (strangers commented to me they could hear the music on the 8th floor. The kids ran around the pool, played basketball in the low end while adults w/babies and other children were wading. Throwing balls across the pool. Only once did the manager whistle to stop the basketball. Next day, they played again with no reaction from manager, whom I did see on her balcony. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of management control and have doubts if I would return.

Great location, super clean property and great beach and bay views

I stayed at this location before but not this unit. This condo was super clean and was run by property managers "vacasa" which I can't say enough good things about. The pool and location is what brought us back. The pool is cleaned every morning and is gorgeous. The location is right on the beach and you get the Ocean City experience without being in the busy area. But just close enough! And close to Deleware!
