Excellent stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect oceanfront location right on the boardwalk. Communication was fantastic, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great property. The unit was clean and very spacious. We loved that the balcony overlooked the boardwalk and the beautiful beach. Our only suggestion is that they update some of the features in the condo. Some of the furniture and rugs are pretty Bruno down and could use an update.

The location is AMAZING!!!!! The house provided an easy wonderful stay with our family. The only drawback was a very strong, overwhelming smell of whatever is used to clean with that everyone commented/complained about each time we came back from adventuring.

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed staying in 404 Belmont, lovely condo. Listing had all the details correct. Checkin and access was easy. New windows and doors as listed did their job to keep sounds out. One minor item I need to report. The fold-out couch was not comfortable. The head of it (the springs) only rests up or sinks down, it does not lie flat.

Music Festival

We brought our family of seven here for Ocean’s Calling. This unit was exactly as advertised. The views from the balcony and master suite were sublime. The interior was nicely decorated and well-maintained. Perfect and convenient in every way. Highly recommend.

Overall excellent stay. Cleaning service could use a upgrade. Toilets and floors seemed only swiffered and flushed to be honest. Very nicely furnished and unit has been up kept.

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful visit at Belmont Towers. The location was very convenient and so nice to have two parking spaces. The configuration of the bedrooms worked well for our family. We loved sitting on our balcony and watching the ocean and the people on the Boardwalk.

Accommodations Were Great

The property was very clean and well maintained with modern furnishings. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer questions. I recommend the linen package. The towels and bedding were clean and like new. Everything worked well. Best of all the location is very near to the rides and arcades to keep the children happy.

Paradise in Maryland

My Family and I just returned from spending an amazing week at this property. Typically I get a little homesick while I’m away on vacation, but I did not want to leave OC. The condo was beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. There was enough room for everyone to have their own personal space, and the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax. My Family had three children with us. Ages 8, 4 and 2, so staying in the heart of the boardwalk was absolutely perfect. The kids had an absolute blast! All communications from the time we booked, until the time we left, were prompt and everyone we spoke to was always friendly. We would absolutely recommend staying in this little slice of heaven. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Location!

The location was perfect and the building was secure. The only reason I did not give it five star is because the second bedrooms bath tube needs updating, the masters jet tube did not work, and the water/ ice maker did not work. If these things are not important to you all will be well!

A stunning condo in an ideal location

This lovely apartment was perfect for our group of six adults, ages 55+. One member of our group uses a wheelchair. The apartment was easily accessible and the layout was spacious enough for the wheelchair. I only wish one or more of the bathrooms had grab bars near the toilet and tub. Our sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen was well designed, the shower water was hot. Watching the beach and ocean from the balcony was an experience we'll all remember.
