The location of this unit can't be beat. It's also spacious and surprisingly quiet. Needs a few cosmetic touch ups but nothing major. We enjoyed ourselves ver much.

The fridge didn’t work, had put a small fridge in unit before we got there knowing the full size didn’t work but acted so surprised when telling them, so not enough room for groceries for a week and I had seven grandbabies to one year-old a three-year-old a four-year-old a nine-year-old 10 year-old and 11 year-old and could not keep the food that we need it for a weekno ice maker that was said and to top it all off before me knowing it didn’t work they had a maintenance look at it to look good on them, they water and ice dispenser had mold and mildew all in it, the whole unit had mold and mildew ceilings air vents the air conditioner didn’t work correctly. It was so hot condensation everywhere. The only thing I enjoyed about the whole place. It was very big and spacious. Paid a lot of money and even ask could they make it right for me needless to say this was on a Friday. Fourth of July completely understand but Monday morning you think they could’ve made it right not at all.

Something for everyone

Six adult family members met here for a birthday celebration. It was the perfect home and location for our family. The layout is perfect, spacious, giving everyone their own space -- never feeling crowded. The outside area, although the pool was closed because it was November, added extra hang out space, which was awesome. The beach sunrises were awesome -- a short walk, out the back door, over the boardwalk to walk/sit on the beach was also awesome. There are fairly nice restaurants a couple blocks in either direction, so you never really need to get back in a car... The home has pretty much everything one will need. Although, it's truly a beach home -- it could use a bit of sprucing up, but everything was in working order. We would stay again, for sure.

Wonderful place!

This was a great place to stay, had plenty of room, wondeful location and very easy to access from pool, ocean and boardwalk. Only issue was the sliding door and one of the mattress was very uncomfortable but we would definately stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot for Families

We stayed here with our kids 9, 8, 3, & 1, along with my parents. It was a wonderful place. The location and private parking was very conveient. There is a decent pool that the kids enjoyed. All the amentities in the house were great. It was very very family friendly, especially with all my kids. Communication with the owners were great. They were very accommodating. The only downside of this place is that some of the things in the house like toilet paper holder or towel holder was loose. Other than that, it was great! We will for sure be back. Highly recommended.

Let me begin by saying that I have stayed in many remtal properties up and down the East Coast and I rented this property based on prior comments. My initial impression of this property is it was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. This was bothersome since I rented in the off-season. Major issue with master bedroom/bedding, and a few things broken (least of issues). A musty smell in property the humidifier ran 24 hrs a day easing the smell. On the positive side, the property manager did address items quickly (thank you). The layout of condo is great with lots of room, kitchen well appointed and location is great and quiet. My friends and I made the most of it and enjoyed our time together; however, I would not rent this property again.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was very clean, and updated. Very spacious. Only a few steps to the board walk and beach. Plenty of room for a family of 14. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent again.

Quaint Stay

The property was just as described. Great location right on the boardwalk. Parking for two(although it was off season so there was other parking available too). Lots of extras included, we enjoyed the games and used some of the cookware which was nice. Furniture is really dated and should be replaced. Fireplace never worked. Not many rugs throughout the place. Primary bathroom could use some updates and definitely a new bathmat or tub grips. Overall, we had a decent stay.

Decided to hit the outlets in Delaware for Christmas shopping and spend a long weekend in OC. This property was amazing in every way and the host was spectacular. Easy to get a hold of and quickly responded to any questions we had. They even were able to accommodate an early check in for us. We will definitely be back!!

The Birthday Club girls getaway

Overall we had a great time. The beach house is in a perfect location. The pool and beach was steps away from our door. The home was fine. It could use some updating. The living area chairs and sofa were dirty and we used sheets to cover and sit on. The freezer broke down, but the owner quickly sent in a new freezer right out of the box. The owner was in touch with us along the way., very attentive. I would most definitely stay again.
