    The Space:

    Unbeatable bay views from these 3 bedroom 3 bath condos. Convenient downtown OC location. Close to the beach, inlet, boardwalk, fine dining and shopping. No pets, please. Direct bayfront with unbelievable views of the bay, Assateague Island and local marinas. No Smoking unit. NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great property!! Beautiful views of the bay - really enjoyed coffee and drinks on the terrace. Will definitely stay here again. Just wish the bar downstairs was open.

Great rental with a FABULOUS view and location!

My friends and I LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! The location is terrific - a quick walk to the boardwalk, and you cannot beat the view from the large balcony. It was roomy and clean. The description was exactly as noted, but it is bigger than you think. I would rent this again!

Great location.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend. Huge place with great views. Very clean. It’s near a ton of stuff, but we went during a hurricane and couldn’t do much/many places were closed. Be great during the summer!

Had to call to get correct parking spaces. The text/email had incorrect spaces marked. Condo had wonderful outside deck area for relaxing and watching water activities. Would stay there again.

We booked this unit last minute, and despite a late check-in time of 4:00 PM, the property was completely unprepared for guests. While we understand a short booking window, the "management" provided by Vacasa was nonexistent.Upon arrival, we discovered that the water to the entire unit was turned off. Once we managed to get water running, we realized the breakers for the hot water tank and several other essential items were also shut off. To make matters worse, the "Welcome Book" provided by the unit contained incorrect information regarding the location of the circuit breakers. We eventually found them hidden behind a heavy hanging mirror that was a nightmare to remove and even harder to put back on. The fireplace was also not working, come to find out it had been turned off from inside the unit. Once we switched it on, we found out the battery to the remote was missing. We actually had to go out and purchase our own 9V battery just to use a basic amenity. Another amenity that did not work was the jets in the tub. Because of the ordeal with the hidden breaker panel, I didn't even bother checking if that breaker was off. I wasn't willing to risk wrestling with that mirror again. The most disappointing part of this experience is the lack of accountability. What are the high management fees for if not to ensure a property is habitable and "guest-ready" before check-in?Vacasa failed significantly here. We spent our first evening troubleshooting utilities instead of relaxing.

Beautiful Views but Terrible management

Property was nice and for the most part in good condition however the combination lock on the door did not work and the control knob to turn the dryer on was missing and the post was recessed into the panel. So we could not use it and we packed lightly thinking we could do laundry in the middle of the week between the key and the dryer it was very inconvenient and request a refund of the management fee since we notified management the first day we arrived and nothing happened to fix the problem.

Adult Off Season Vacation

We booked this property and the process and communication was great all the way to the end. The codes for our stay where given in advance and we had no problems. When we arrived the place was nice and the location is 6 stars overlooking the bay... The 3 bed rooms could use some upgrading as the mattresses where not that comfortable and the pillows needed top be replaced. We took a video of the property when we walked in as there where a few big stains on the carpet in the dining area and living room. The linens and towels where included in our stay but there was no extra bedding for the pull out couch or just a few extra blankets. I believe the cleaning crew could do a better job as it seems like they ran thru the place after the last guest left. The restaurant Toast below our complex was a bit pricey and the food was just OK. When we walked into the restaurant to pick up our order it was empty and felt abandoned with no customers.
