We've stayed at numerous condos in this property and this one was by far the best! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped (we loved the green pans), and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. I especially liked the large couch that fit all of us as we rooted for our fav teams! Balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfy as well. We will be back!!

Our stay was just perfect. Great location to the Boardwalk and all the food and activities. Great view of the Boardwalk and Ocean and everything is within a few minutes walk. You can park your car in the parking garage, which is also a plus, and leave it if you so desire. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect location

Everything was easy. Check in, check out were simple. Car is barely needed after arrival. So many things to see and do within a couple of blocks. Over priced food options all around. But still really convenient. Unit was terrific. Linens package was average. Top sheet didn’t always match fitted sheet based on color and/or texture. Washer and dryer were small. We’re constantly running with all beach towels being washed on a daily basis. Shower and sink in 2nd bedroom needed liquid plumber. TV remote in 2nd bedroom needed new batteries. Minor issues like that. Overall, it was great and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a stress free vacation.

Amazing Stay and Views!

The place is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. A couple of days before my trip, the host was already in contact with me with pertinent information and how to reach them if I had questions or concerns. My group was greeted with a welcome bag that contained paper towels, dishwashing soap, detergent, trash bags, etc. The location is perfect and right on the boardwalk. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every possible thing you could think of and then some. If I ever vacation in Ocean City, MD again, I will definitely choose this location.

Great time at Belmont 503 - August 2024

We had a great stay at the Belmont 503 condo this summer. You cannot beat the location! Right on the beach/boardwalk, making it so convenient to get my elderly mother with Alzheimers out for short walks where she could sun on the sand, people watch,and enjoy Thrashers/Dumsers! It was amazing to be able to watch sunrises from the balcony and mastersuite, and also to enjoy a "front row seat" to the fireworks...they were straight out in front of us. The condo was extremely comfortable and nicely furnished, and having a fully usable kitchen was fantastic for our group of 7...we cooked a few meals IN and ate breakfasts/lunches IN, which saved us money so we could splurge on dinners OUT. It was wonderful to have access to a pool, as well. Constructive feedback: 1) the dryer took a VERY long time to dry clothes (about 3 cycles per load)....we cleaned the lint filter each and every time, but I think there's a clog or build-up of lint below the lint filter that should be cleaned out with a long dryer vent cleaning brush. 2) We certainly appreciated the "starter kit" of paper/plastic products given at the start of the week in the blue bag! Thank you!! The only item we didn't find useful was the white magic eraser....may be better to provide a Scotch Brite sponge or disposable kitchen cloth, since we tried to use the white magic eraser to clean dishes and it really just tore apart and disintegrated. Best on the Boardwalk!

We absolutely LOVED 503! We have stayed at Belmont Towers multiple times (all were nice), but 503 was just a notch above every other unit we stayed in! Clean/updated furniture and electronics//appliances….etc. very happy with our stay!

A true getaway

The property is beautifully maintained. The location is wonderful and perfect for a family. If it was too hot, we could sit inside with the same amazing ocean view. We could easily and comfortably make breakfast, lunch and dinner! There’s even a little market on the corner in case you forget something! Washer, dryer, three full bathrooms and more than enough closet space. Make sure to bring your own linens. The beds were comfortable (which is a big deal for those of us with health conditions) and the couch is big enough for a few to lounge completely. We will definitely be looking to come again next year!

Fantastic Stay!

This condo is amazing! Beautifully decorated, everything you need, the views and location are awesome! Plenty to do around the area and the host Steve was quick to respond to my messages! Only complaints we have which isnt the hosts fault at all, was the Karaoke man that hits the boardwalk almost every night 10-12:30am, so if your tired and want to sleep it’s very loud in the main master bedroom! Also we had a issue with the dryer which the host was quick to get fixed but the dryer maintenance guys personality was awful & he was very grumpy! Other than that I would rate this condo 10/10! We had a great vacation here and would go back!

GREAT OCEAN CITY VACATION

This property was truly outstanding. Well taken care of. Exceptionally clean. Full selection of infinity tv channels. Fast internet. Even had two coffee makers, regular and K cup. The only negative comment, KARAOKE JAKE, sets up his stand almost nightly in front of Belmont Towers and stays till 1am some nights. He has been there the last 6 years. I would hope the Belmont Towers home owners association would take some action to get local authorities to have him shut down at like 11pm. Anyway, we will book this unit the next time we visit Ocean City.

Fabulous week at Ocean City

The spacious condo was 5-star! It was beautifully decorated, super clean & comfy. Perfect location in the middle of all the hot spots with large balcony overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with all new/modern appliances, tableware, etc. Loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Truly spectacular!

OCMD Week

We had a really great time. The property was excellent and near the end of the boardwalk with an able to see the whole boardwalk. The weather was a bit cool and breezy but that has nothing to do with the rental. Great week.

Spectacular!!

Our vacation here was exactly as we hoped, wished, dreamed it would be. The unit is beautifully decorated, well-stocked from the kitchen to the games, totally comfortable for watching a good movie or chatting by the fireplace! The location couldn't be more convenient to having a grand beach/boardwalk vacation and the view from the comfy chairs on the balcony? Stunning...simply stunning! Always an amazing time at Belmont Towers!!

Property owners/management are top notch! They are excellent with communication and their condos are beautiful. We have been renting from them for the past 6 years and its always a great time! One of the best places to rent in OCMD!
