Beautiful view!! Parking spot was hard to get in for a suv. Bed pillows were very flat, good thing I brought mine. The condo was very clean. Great water pressure for showers. Tv's in bedrooms a plus.

Wonderful rental

This was a perfect little spot for our family. It was small, but spacious enough to fit myself, my husband, our 3 children and my mother in law comfortably. The pictures do not do justice of the views. After reading reviews I was concerned about the cleanliness, however it was spotless upon our arrival. No issues with dirt or ants at all. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, pretty interior

We loved the location, the views, size of the place was nice, great neighborhood to walk and play area for the kids down the road. Decor was cute, furniture was comfy. However, the kitchen could use some cleaning in the cabinets, they have a bad smell, and need organization. Kitchen items to use are outdated, or missing and not cooking friendly. Fridge and other appliances all were fine. Bathrooms were okay, bedrooms were nice but the beds were not comfortable and pillows were insanely flat. Take your own pillows! We did have tiny ants at the front door, and all along the hallway wall. Deck views were amazing, furniture was big and nice to sit on. Window air conditioners made the peaceful sound of water hard to hear. Overall we enjoyed the stay!!

Ocean City stay

This was all about location but not about cleanliness or updates. They had a disclaimer to expect some dust and dirt. The ceiling fan was hazardous, there was no toilet paper left and we had to buy many things to make our stay more convenient. However, once settled the view was great and it was worth the stay to be close to downtown and the Ocean City Music Festival. I would stay again with expectations that everything be cleaned better and functional. Many things were outdated including the air conditions made it feel hazardous to turn them on.

The view remains amazing

This was our second time in this unit. Location and view is exceptional. This year we had a bit of an ant problem. No big deal but each day the ants would enter through the hall bathroom under the baseboard heater and March to the kitchen! That needs to be addressed. We also suggest upgrading the matresses.

Vacation

The place was awsome. Loved being right on the bay. The cleaning crew needs to do a lot better job. The floor was so dirty, the bottum of my feet were black within 5 minutes of being there. Dust and dirt under every piece of furniture including beds, dressers. No toilet paper. The toaster oven was filthy. The rental was very nice.

Can’t beat the view!

We really enjoyed our stay #201 Georgetown by the Sea. The view is second to none! The property is well maintained and the check-in check-out process was simple.

Beach vacation

We were excited to come to the beach as we do every year. Just a few things to mention. This rental is very small for 2 adults and 2 17 year olds. The shower in main bathroom can barely fit an adult. The storm shutters do not work and there was a tornado one of the nights. The air conditioner in the spare bedroom would blow air but the room would get warm for some reason. The sliding screen door in the master bedroom was very flimsy. I will say, the view was amazing. The most beautiful sunsets I have seen. You can fish and crab right in the back. That was amazing.
