We love staying at the Gateway Grand. This visit was very disappointing! The dining room light bulbs were all burnt out. The TV's didn't work, the knob to the Jacuzzi was missing. The property description stated we would have access to the storage shed, however when I asked, we did not have access. We called the property manager on Monday. We finally bought new light bulbs for the light and batteries for all the TV remotes. One tv still didn't work because there was no Roku stick. I bought a knob for the Jacuzzi, but it was a cheap fan knob and it stripped the plastic. The "maintenance man" finally arrived in Thursday after many calls and text messages. He had the same switch the we had bought, but he put cardboard on the switch and it worked for now! This will probably stay like that until someone else reports it. He didn't have the right color, we at least bought the correct color, white. For the amount of money that we paid, this was very disappointing!!!!
