- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Well located with balcony view of the bay
Enjoyed having too rooms and views of the bay. We arrived quite late and were easily able to access the keys and needed information in the Dropbox. Drop off of the key was simple. Price was reasonable for high season weekdays. Worked well for our short stay.

Vacation 2025- Hige soccer!!
Right from the start this place was 5 ⭐️! The pictures posted were exactly what the condo looked like- it was clean. And the Perfect location!!! Vacasa responded immediately to my questions! Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

Great option among the many
We were visiting for a dance competition so beach front wasn’t a consideration but it is a little walk. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice furnishings that have been taken care of. The shared pool was mostly clean but you can’t help the leaves from the trees that provide the nice shade.

Great location, clean, good amenities
Walking distance to Fager’s and many other locations. The pool is nice- right on the water. Only issue we had is the elevator requires a key and we weren’t provided one so we had to carry our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Very clean nice modern apt!
I loved how CLEAN the space was. Perfect size and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Elevator was clean and property was also very clean. Assigned parking was super convenient as well! Would recommend this unit!!!

Beautiful location! Would definitely stay again!
Loved everything. The view of the bay during sunsets was AMAZING. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Large fridge size and coffee maker were a plus. Fun beach decor and wall colors. Plush new carpeting.
