Perfect location that was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a last minute trip to the beach for a family of 4. Management was so great working with us with the last minute rental! Will be staying here again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The condo was clean, coastal decor, and very spacious. The property was very well maintained. Easy access into the building and our room. Everything came with the condo linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Location was wonderful walking distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, and convention center. Really great place to stay with children, adults, and teens.

We were visiting because my daughter was participating at an invent at the conference center. The location was perfect. Close to everything we needed. The unit was everything we needed it to be. We appreciated the towels and linens service. The pool was nice. The deck was pleasant and relaxing. The communication was great. I'd recommend this location to others.

Relaxing Getaway

2 bedroom condo was very clean & provided all amenities. parking available on site. indoor pool. The family & I were able to check in easily; WiFi / TV & a balcony. close to restaurants and beach; short drive to OC boardwalk. We were able to relax & really enjoyed ourselves. totally recommend AND affordable.

Don't be fooled

The listing stated indoor/ outdoor pool. It's not. Its an indoor pool that has a few garage doors, that they close at 4pm. Not my idea of an outdoor pool. Also stated that the said pool is heated. 68 degrees is far from heated. Very much misleading.

Immaculate and beautiful

The condo was spacious, very clean and beautiful. There is an elevator , pool, gym and game room( pool tables). The place was fully stocked with linen, washer/ dryer pots and pans. The balcony was the perfect size . Instructions were very clear to check in and out.. This condo is very taken care of. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful condo

I have been wanting to stay in this building for five years. I loved everything about this condo except for the master bedroom bed, which was so hard that we had a hard time sleeping. For the second night we placed every blanket that we found in the condo on the bed and then slept on it and it was much better. I would recommend that the owner purchases a pillow top for those who like a softer bed. There were hooks and places for everything. There was towel bars everywhere in the bathrooms. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. We would’ve loved to have a coffee maker that took pods. The washer and dryer was awesome with 12 minute loads! An added bonus was the view of the ocean from the balcony which was unexpected. My kids said the pool was a little too cold for them to swim in and there wasn’t a Jacuzzi which I did not note . The second night we stayed there was a loud rowdy crowd that kept us up until 3 AM, but there are plenty of rules in the building about noise ordinances and lots of direction which I really liked. The condo was fully equipped with starters of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. There was even bathroom mats. If the bed got a little bit more comfortable we would totally stay there again because the kids loved the bunkbeds! Amazing stay!
