The unit was a very nice 3rd floor walkup unit, with a beautiful screened in furnished porch overlooking the bay. The unit was well furnished with beachy decorative touches. It unfortunately rained all week for us so we couldnt really take advantage of the pool and beach as we wished. But we made the best of it. It was very handy to use the laundry and we cooked in for breakfast and lunch. As for areas to improve: the towels were very thin and scratchy. One bedroom comforter had a red stain on it and appeared too small for the bed itself. It would also be helpful to have a cheat sheet on how to crank up the blinds to the porch to enjoy the view. We had a property manager come who was very helpful with advice of the area. Thank you.
