Location: 9/10 in a very nice safe neighborhood literally a two minute or less walk to the beach Comfort: 3/10 it has a long couch and 5 beds, however three bed frames were broken which did not provide any support for the mattresses, this allowed them to sink in the middle…the listing shows this as a central air unit however there was just air conditioners in every room. The A/C for the main room turned on, but only blew warm air and therefor did not cook the unit…..WiFi worked fine…..TVs in bed room would not connect to cable or WiFi therefor were unusableCleanliness: 2/10- The rugs in the bed rooms were visibly dirty, there was a blood splattered stain lamp in the spare room, we found pills from the previous tenant on the floor of a bed room..thankfully before my toddler did…Bathrooms and main room were clean, except an large dirty spot on the couch, plates and silverware were absolutely disgusting, we had to run them through the dishwasher before using them, outside table was covered in what looked like mold as it was a wooden table left outside for the elements.Parking: 10/10- parking spot right in front with plenty of FREE street parking all aroundUpkeep: 2/10- towel rack in bathroom hanging off the wall, screen door detached and hanging off track, spots in hardwood floor, hardwood floor in bathroom separating, bed frames broken, pictures off the wall, tub would not drain wellHost: 9/10 very responsive and answered all questions quickly

Check-in was quick and easy. Location was perfect, kitchen/living space was great, plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, washer/dryer in-unit, TVs in every room, and parking right at the unit.A few drawbacks: Long door code (keep your phone handy), no central AC, window units worked but showed some mold, fridge wasn’t working on arrival but easily reset, glass coffee table not ideal with toddlers, porch furniture could use an upgrade, and tub stopper didn’t hold water.Biggest issue: mattresses, especially the back queen. It was very uncomfortable. Twins were fine for kids, fulls were okay.Overall, clean and convenient with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would return if mattresses were replaced.
