Great dog-friendly house

There are some not-great reviews but I gave it five-stars factoring in that it's a dog-friendly place. There were a couple downsides, like lots of scuffs on the walls, a broken toilet seat patched up with packing tape, and a less than ideal curtain situation, but overall considering that dogs are allowed it's great. It didn't smell like dog. The location was lovely, set back from Coastal Highway and walkable to restaurants, minigolf, and beach. Seven adults and one kid slept very comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. Recommend bringing your own cooking supplies if you want anything specific but the basics were there. It's a nice new place with a few cosmetic issues but we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Overall satisfied, struggled with details

This property has a lot of plusses - the view, the location, the garage, the pool, ease of entry and the basic amenities are great. We struggled with details - missing and burned out lightbulbs, broken toilet seat, low water pressure in the shower, dirty cookware and floors, missing curtain panels (privacy concerns), missing toilet paper holders, broken towel rack. It's a great property, it just needs some TLC.

Rundown expensive rental. Embarrassed to have booked it for my family. Do not recommend

Read other recent reviews. I should have! The property has a gorgeous corner view of the bay but that is the only good thing. The owner clearly takes no pride in the property. The floors were sticky and the furniture and draperies worn and stained. The screen doors were broken as were the toilet paper holders. The decor is worn, cheap and tacky. I was mortified when we walked in. It was VERY expensive. Do not recommend. I was embarrassed.

LR rug badly dried dog peed on many times. smelled. ceiling vents falling down. several table lamps broken, took 3 days for the home to warm up and it was cold. I already sent several email & texts to Vacasa and they really don't care.

Spacious and clean but needs updating

Nice place but needs updating. It was cleaned by cleaners but the sofa was old and dirty, pretty worn out. The walls were scuffed. Although the rest of the house was clean, the overall look and feel of everything made it seem dirty. Most of the pillows needed replaced - they were flat. Nice location, close to everything. Overall, would not rebt again unless it was upkept.

The property was clean. It was nice. It was Roomy my only issue is that we paid for late check out and some woman walked into the house at 10:30 in the morning to clean it scared the crap out of my kid and family.

Dirty and in disrepair.

This house is filthy including the carpets and furniture. Lamps, fans, beds, blinds are broken or missing. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking. I was absolutely ashamed to bring my family and friends into this home. You must have shoes on to walk on the carpets and bring blankets to place over the furniture before sitting. Also, the ice maker makes 2 cubes per day. We stayed there 4 nights for Jeep Week. DISGUSTING.

Dirty sheets

I stayed here with about 10 other friends a few weekends ago and the sleeping arrangements were not good. The bed sheets had stains, hair from previous people staying there and the pillows were very worn and had stains too. That was in the downstairs bedroom. In the master bedroom there was hair in our bed as well as a garbage bag full of dirt pillows in the closet. Its a nice place but I would re think how this property is cleaned.

Overall - Great stay

Everything was great. Check in was super easy and we were even able to get in before 4! Corner townhouse and looked exactly like it did on the app. The only recommendations we had is to paint the walls (there were scuffs all over) even though that didn’t really bother us, it would look a lot nicer. Also, more cleaning supplies would be helpful. No mop in the house so it was difficult to get the floors cleaned. Other than that, everything else was great. Balcony could use some more furniture and cops patrolled the neighborhood often so beware if you have a rowdy group. Also, the rug underneath the kitchen table could use a cleaning! Would definitely stay here again

Not clean and broken items

Vents were not cleaned, stairwells sticky, dishwasher was gross, and plates had a film on them. Broken stair rails, sliding glass door, fans and lights, and glass broken around the garage.

Great for a business travel group

The property was spacious and quite comfortable. Perfect for a group traveling together for business. Everyone had their privacy and it was a nice retreat at the end of the work day. Great choice!

The townhouse had lots of the amenities we needed for our stay! It was a nice bright atmosphere and a short walk to the beach. The dishwasher wasn't draining the first day we were there, so it was unusable. They came very quickly to fix it!! We would come back for sure!

The location was great, very spacious. However, check in was 4 and when we got there they were still cleaning the home. Seemed a bit rushed and when we got inside, we noticed that it was still dirty. Sticky and dirty floors. Very dusty, dirty silverware and placed smelled musty. Just needs a good cleaning and would be great.
