Overall the condo was good…. The living room furniture could be upgraded or maybe get throw covers for them. The floors could have been a little cleaner but overall weren’t horrible bad. No outside light for the balcony that we could find.

Very comfortable condo, convenient location with stores/restaurants in walking distance. The ocean is not visible from the first floor due to sand dunes, but beach access is less than a one minute walk away. Would happily stay here again.

The location is great, that is the saving grace of this place. Walk out to patio, open gate and you can walk right on to the beach. No love was put into the interior. Living area is okay. But couch is beyond dirty and bedding is shabby. Bring your own sheets and blanket. Overall feel in bedroom and half bath was icky walls were dirty and run down. The kitchen came with 1 pan and 1 pot. No bowls. Rusty silverware. No toaster. All properties I have stayed before have fully stocked kitchens. I don’t travel with pots and pans. That needs work. Bar chairs around island were all wobbly, no one sat on them because they felt like they would break. Beach chairs and boards left on patio were broken and dirty, throw them away it just makes it look trashy. The patio furniture is rusted, no pillows to sit on.

Okay place to stay for the price point

Listing accurately explained unit is oceanfront but no ocean view due to dune. Ability to walk out to beach was nice. WiFi was poor. Barely had a signal in the unit. Cable package extremely limited so barely any channels to watch. Unit was sandy and there was sand in the sheets. One of the beds was super creaky and the headboards were not properly attached to the beds. Shower drained really slow and powder room got very humid from main bathroom shower. Kitchen table chairs did not feel stable.

I’m not really sure where to even begin with this…. The whole place needs remodeled and updated furniture. Both beds are not stable, and the box spring is completely broke on one. The TV is the size of a lap top. The main bathroom: the shower doesn’t drain, there is rust stains everywhere and again very dated. The living room couch is absolutely disgusting, with stains all over, and forget the pull out couch the springs are broken on it, the mattress is a pancake and there is no bedding for it, just a sheet. AC unit in living room causes so much moisture it soaks the chair in front of it. The TV is very small and the WiFi does not work. Sliding door has splits in it causing all the flies to come in. Deck chairs are all rusty and could really use some cushions.

Needs major improvements very dirty

Saw bad reviews and few ok reviews and decided to give it a try due to the proximity to the beach. Upon entering the unit there is -major rust on the indoor AC/heating unit-floor is filthy and walls are gross- pillows disgusting has stains on all-couch is also disgusting stains all over- shower was clogged-beds made serious noise and headboards are hooked on properly Its really mind boggling that the owners are paying Vacasa to manage this unit. They really nee to make major improvements. Wouldnt stay here again.

Disappointed…

Unit is not well kept. Wall heating units rusty, baseboards very dusty. Wallpaper peeling in 1/2 bath and mirrors on medicine cabinet loose with dirty shelves, one bed sounded like all the springs were rusty or broken(very noisy), blender on kitchen counter very dusty. Lamp In living room area with loose broken shade. Info says ocean front, but it should say, “ocean front without ocean view. All you can see is a sand dune.. overall disappointing. Had a good week, however, would never rent again.

Great price for a short stay

This cozy little space was a little run down, but you cannot beat it for the price. There was 5 of us, including the little toddler. We all managed well, I do recommend bringing some basic cleaning supplies for the floor.

Good and Bad

There are some really good things and some really bad things about this property. The check-in process, location, fridge and the shower were all excellent. The fridge was cold and the ice maker, made ice! The shower pressure was also great. You are steps from the beach The bad things include the air conditioning and the beds. The AC in the bedroom never worked, so we had to go out and buy a fan. The box spring on the one bed was BROKEN in half. It might take me a few chiropractic appointments to fix my neck from the HORRIBLE mattresses. The bedroom was clean, but had a moldy/mildew smell. Bring Febreeze!

Most Needed Recommendations

Positives for this property were price, location, clean linens, and easy in/out. Recommendations for this property are many, but easy fixes. It would be beneficial to add a new coat of paint to the scraped walls and rusted heat registers. Also, non-stick pots and pans are hazardous when surface is scraped off so badly. It wouldn't take a lot to purchase a new skillet, saucepan, set of corelle dishes & spatula. Lastly, a few clothes hangars in the two closets would give people a place to hang their jackets so that they are out of the way. I hope that this submission is taken in the positive light that it is meant to be. I would stay here again IF updates were made & advertised.

The place

Overall it was just par...There was not a lot of attention paid to detail in cleaning and the joint smelled of mold upon our arrival. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings and walls We went to Walmart the next morning and bought febreeze, lysol, and scented candles. The filters in the AC'S either need to be cleaned or changed...we made it work and it met our need...but we would probably not stay here again

Holiday Stay

The photos of the property were on point, however, in person there are some major upgrades needed. The heating elements were rusted out and were very noisy, the grout in the flooring is dirty and stained, the bathroom needs a complete gut job, and the beds were squeaky and not very comfortable. Dirt in the corners adn rhe baseboards were dirty or needed painting
