The location amenities on space is incredible. Was a wonderful time for us all. One complaint I do have is there is no notification when you are booking that there will be an additional 75 registration fee at the building when you check inAbsolutely Ludacris Just would have liked to have had prior knowledge that this would be an additional expense for the weekendRidiculous amount of money to pay for a parking spot everything else was absolutely wonderful

Our stay in Condo 902

Everything was good except the washer /dryer combo. It took so long to dry clothes and you needed to do a tiny load for anything to dry at all. Also the parking space was in a very tight spot for the size of my vehicle, an SUV truck. This made parking difficult , since we did not want to hit another vehicle.All was clean and we had a good time.

This place could use some updates....it had a bad smell as you enter the main corridors and as you travel down the hallways to your unit.. the unit was nicely set up and the best was the bed..it was very comfortable.. the front desk staff that we met was very unpleasant however we saw him no more after our check in... It's very inconvenient that they only give you one parking spot and offer additional parking IF it's available for $10 a day which I didn't much care for..

Fabulous Condo

What an absolutely amazing property! The condo is clean, huge, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bay views were phenomenal, and everyone in our group (10 months- 40) had a wonderful time. The indoor pool was amazing and the beach is steps away. We truly had the best stay and hope to rent this unit again!

Poor communication

No issues with the property. Pool and game room were great. But the coordinating instructions for picking up the keys were buried in a sub-tab of the reservation page. There was also an additional $75 fee the building required.

Great Get Away

Really enjoyed the stay. We need two things I didn’t like was that the drip coffee maker does not really provide enough coffee for eight people and there’s a pullout sofa that’s very comfortable in the living room, but there are no shades or blinds over the slider or windows in that room great location very clean the swimming pool is great

Great place to stay

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed except for the bedroom pictures showed a tv in two of the three bedrooms and only the master king size bedroom had a tv. The queen size bedroom also showed a tv but there was not one in it. The location was great for walking to everything you would need to go shopping or walking to a ton of restaurants. Would definitely stay again but the check in process needs to be easier because we got there after the main office closed where you get your key and when I called the main office after hours number they said the key was not n the lockbox on the condo door and it was not there so had to wait till it was brought to me which took some time after the ticket that they put in for you to receive a call back was not put in as a priority. I had to call back after 1/2 hour of waiting to be told it the ticket was not put in as a priority and had to be resubmitted. The problem eas then solved and everything was great after that. Would definitely recommend this property to others !!!!!

Great location, Nice property

We enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for six people, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was cleaned well when we arrived. The location was excellent. It had very easy access to the beach, with a short walk to showers to rinse the sand off, the pool, and other amenities. While the twin beds had comforters, the rest of the beds did not. I recommend bringing a few blankets. Also, bring your own beach towels, hand soap, and extra toilet paper (this was all as advertised...but I share in case someone misses the fine print). We'd definitely stay at the same location again!

Needs a new shower curtain liner in hall bath. No full length mirror. Missing a ceiling lighting tile in kitchen. Broken chair on balcony. Windows not sealing- heard lots of noise 9 stories up. Otherwise very good!

Good not great

Great location but Vacasa (property management co) only know what is on the listing and cant answer any questions. They did make phone calls to get answers to some of our questions but it took a few calls to make that happen. Early check in was not available to anyone which meant a lot of people waiting in the rain until 4pm on the dot even tho they had the packets available (just wouldn't give out even a minute early). The place itself was good and we were able to pay for a second parking spot for the week (first security guard said no but second one saw there were plenty of available spots--this was one thing we tried to do in advance but were unable). There is an indoor pool with doors all around that can be opene in nice weather. It was empty when we went. Didn't try the exercise room or sauna. Security kept changing the codes to get in/out of the building so lots of ppl were having trouble with exterior doors. The condo we stayed in was decent. It did feel like the owners had not visited recently as many of the light fixtures were broken and there were no curtains in the dining/living room making it too sunny at times. Overall we had a good trip and it was a good location and right on the beach. However there were a lot of little issues that added up.

Great location, views on the Bay are spectacular. Coastal Highway can get a bit loud when sitting out on the balcony. Very short walk to the great beach.

Great space, great sunset view, just what I expected

The space was clean and without clutter. Great sunset view. Building was very quiet during our mid-September visit. Very convenient to the beach. Indoor pool was a great addition. Kitchen was well-equipped for any basic cooking. Dining room table easily fit 6 people. Everyone in the building was very friendly. Large luggage bins made check in and check out easy. Only negative things: The door lock takes a bit of finesse to get open each time. The $40 registration fee due on check in can only be paid in cash, which wasn't information that I had beforehand and added some delay and inconvenience to the otherwise smooth check in. There is a combined washer/dryer in the unit and the dryer took > 4 hours to dry a load of sheets.

Great place, just liked advertised

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and nice. The amenities in the building were a plus since we had one rainy day. We were steps from the beach. Only thing we would change is the check-out time. We knew about it in advanced but believe a later check-out (11 or 12) would be great.

Two keys for a condo that sleeps 8...someone always locked out. Washer dryer combo...really 8 hours to do one load...locker for beach stuff was full and a combination lock with no combination. 4 cup coffee.....had to buy a coffee pot. Bathtub would not hold water. No tv in two of the bedrooms. WiFi kept going out. Will never rent at the capri again. Guy with a beard at front desk rude so rude.

Beautiful condo, several things lacking

The unit itself is beautiful, well located but...one major thing stands out. If you want to sleep 8 and use the pull out couch in the living room, that person better have a night mask. There are no window coverings in the main rooms AT ALL. So in the afternoon and evening the sun is blazing in and there is nothing you can do about it. As far as being a "fully" equipped kitchen, plan on bringing or buying everything except a small frying pan and large stock pot and dishes. There is a toaster and coffee maker and that's it. Advertised complete with spices. Nope. No other electronics, no large frying pan. It was a challenge cooking for a family of teens, so much so that we had to purchase extra items. And be prepared. The assigned parking space is under cover and under pipes. My SUV did not fit. They did allow us to park Else where. May I suggest to the owners that some window coverings would be very helpful?
