The location was great and it had a beautiful view!I guess I didn’t read the fine print because you had to make your beds and then strip them before you left and there was a 75.00 resort fee.Other than that it was nice.

Absolutely lovely place--even nicer in person!

Our jaws dropped when we entered (a bit early, thank you!) the property. The sweeping views of both the ocean and the bay, bolstered by the reflection from the mirrored wall made for an unforgettable welcome! Everything was immaculate and all appliances worked perfectly--including a small air fryer that came in super handy! We were perfectly located within easy walking distance to a movie theater, multiple restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The game room was a nice touch, even though we didn't use it because we didn't know we had to bring our own ping pong paddles (maybe add a note to your check-in instructions to this effect so guests can plan appropriately).My only suggestion for improvement would be to install those very affordable shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the showers, as a property of this caliber really deserves that nice little touch. Also, I would gladly pay 20 extra if the housekeeper would take care of putting on the clean linens when they clean so I don't have a chore to do as soon as I arrive on vacation.Thank you for a wonderful stay--we would absolutely rent again!

Great location, not the cleanest.

We made it a great few days after I swept the floors and cleaned the counters and bathrooms. We arrived up to the room at 4:05pm and the housekeeper just got there to clean. She was running behind and said she just had to clean the floors. A few minutes later she was done we went in. Not sure what she did because there was sand and crumbs everywhere. I had to then sweep and clean the floors and counters. The bathrooms weren’t touched by housekeeping. Old toothpaste in the sink and toilet he shower and floors were disgusting. Dust webs all over walls and ceiling and what looked to be black mold around the seal of the windows and by the ceiling vent. Also, no light in the 2nd bedroom. All light switches did nothing and outlet receptacles didn’t work. My recommendation is to have an electrician take a look at the lighting and the condo needs a good cleaning. The one toilet broke our first day there and we temporarily had to fix it. Then, the next day I received a message that someone would be by to look at it. Overall, not the best condo I have stayed in.

Excellent getaway property in Ocean City

My mother and I wanted to get away for a nice week at the beach and ran across this gem of a property. Spacious, well appointed, close to everything. Great communication with our host. We’ll be back again!

SHORT WEEKEND GETAWAY

Awesome place. The room was clean and the views were breathtaking. Check-in and out were very simple. Stay was short but we had blast. Fishing was good from the beach we caught whitting, spot and a shark. Would definitely recommend.

Room with 2 views

Very bright spacious 2 bedroom condo with lovely views of both the ocean and the bay. Very clean; kitchen has everything you need and furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Condo is on one of the top floors, so the views were especially lovely - I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning while the beach was still quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay

Bright and Cheery

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The condo itself was bright, cheery and pretty clean. Management responded to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were updated. The couch was comfortable. The building is outdated but the unit is not. We will come back for future vacations!

Family getaway

Condo host was very responsive. Condo needs a very good scrub (basic stuff-food splattered on cabinets, showers need cleaned, etc). I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo and lack of cleaning supplies to try and clean myself (not how you want to spend vacation). Overall, good location if you are looking for a high rise in a very busy & developed area on the beach. Pool area was stifling unless you were in the water. Felt like a sauna. Great views from the condo.

Bust!

Left 2 days early due to horrible weather and food poisoning…no fault of the property. Our unit had been updated somewhat and was decorated very nicely, but was not clean. The showers were filthy and sand on the floor. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot. There were flies in the condo. Must have killed at least 6 and they were still buzzing all over the place. Seemed to originate from the kitchen somewhere. There was plenty of cookware and dishes, but when I went to get a glass out of the cabinet noticed a nasty odor. The inside of the cabinet smelled awful and so did the glassware, so we had to wash before using. There was dirt and sand on the mattress cover bed in 2nd bedroom. The building needs some improvement. There is a terrible odor in the lobby area-like garbage, which they are trying to cover up with air fresheners in the corners. The game room provided a few minutes of entertainment on a rainy day, but the games were very old and many not working so we lost several dollars there. The pool was nice and refreshing! Unfortunately you couldn’t be in the pool area unless in the water because the room was extremely hot, like a steam room! We did enjoy the indoor pool after being on the beach! The rental company was so quick to respond when we had trouble with our door code and again when I had a question. Very professional and helpful!

Great stay...but NEVER VRBO again....too many fees

The place was beautiful and the views were awesome! I will say the cleanliness of the place needs real improvement...it was more straightened up than cleaned
