Las unidades de 3 dormitorios frente al mar son o bien directa o Bayview. 2 unidades de un dormitorio con vista al mar son. Las instalaciones recreativas incluyen, piscina cubierta, pista de tenis, sala de estar, sauna, cancha de baloncesto, ping-pong, mesas de billar que funcionan con monedas, sala de juegos de vídeo, y solarium. No se proporciona equipo de juego. El edificio cuenta con 4 ascensores, estacionamiento asignado y una cuota de inscripción no es reembolsable. ¡Los edificios de gran altura frente al mar reservan el primer acto rápido o pierden tu semana! Las unidades de penthouse en el piso 20 son unidades de dos niveles con escaleras interiores. Cargo por uso de área común a pagar en el edificio en efectivo solamente.

It was nice
It was nice. I’m not quite sure why were up on the 19th floor with parking as far away as it could be, when the place was practically empty but , ok. It would have been nice to get access codes and or keys to amenities at check in so I didn’t have to keep going to the front desk…. For excercise room, sauna, etc. Overall, I enjoyed it

Annual Cheerleading/Girls Weekend
We had a fantastic time staying a the Capri. Condo perfectly accommodated all of us comfortably. We truly enjoyed the pool. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Just OK
Upon arriving late, I had to retrieve the keys and condo information from the rental office lockbox. I headed to the condo and was greeted by a door requiring an access code. No code was on any of our paperwork. So we waited 30 minutes until a guard came back to the door. We were then required to “register”?? What?? Didn’t we already do that at the rental office. I guess not. So, we did that, got our parking passes and headed up to the condo. The Key doesn’t work. At least that’s what we thought the first 6 tries. You really have to fuss with the key to get it to work. So, 50 minutes after arriving we finally got into the condo. We walk in, and there is no light. We flipped the switch nothing. Had to fumble around a condo we’ve never been to, with all our bags looking for a lamp to switch on. After stubbing two toes on a couch, we were successful. The condo was clean and bland as you would expect. Then we had to go back to the rental office by 12pm the next day to check in officially, or they’d charge us. We asked about a code and they said we get that from the guard kiosk at the condo (well, the guard told us we get it from the rental office). We went back to the condo and informed them and they just shook their head and gave us what I assume was a generic code to use. Overall, just a bland and unpleasant experience. Don’t recommend the condo, or holiday rentals.

Recent stay
As per listing. Clean (bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit more) and close to the beach. Would be nice if it was updated aesthetically. Came to relax and we did exactly that!

Very comfortable and convenient rental
Rented for a weekend getaway with coworkers and family. Plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. No frills, comfortable place to stay in north OC. Very nice ocean and bay views on the north end even for ocean view. We had some trouble with the door code for the building access but the security service was very nice to us-- not surprising for off season stays so this was fine.

The Capri was very nice. The condo was perfect. There was plenty of room for us all. We all totally enjoyed our stay. We got to enjoy the pool and game room. We appreciated that we were able to check out a little later due to the cheer competition. We hope we can stay there next year.

Ok
Amenities were great, but, cable TV did not work properly and WIFI NEVER worked even though I called your office and they were going to call the owner and call me back, which never happened.
I realize it is off season, but, that is exactly when you need inside things, such as Wifi and TV to work properly,
If those were operating, I would stay again and rate higher.

Clean, comfortable and great view
We were 4 adults, stayed 4 nights for a golf holiday. This condo was basically what de needed. Great amenities, oceantfront, spacious ect...
