Great location for Springfest!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Very convenient to all activities. Reserved parking spots make it easy to run around OC.That said, furnishings could use an upgrade. MB bedding and bed were not the best. Hall bathroom had a broken seat. Kitchen sink water pressure was a bit of a nuisance. Cable TV was the lowest tier so we missed our regular network shows.Overall great experience, would stay here again!

Nice Place

Location was great, Room was nice and price was reasonable, but a few issues, the floors and baseboards were very dirty, rest of the place was clean. The code to get in the building was not working correctly, there were people lined up trying to get inside, had to wait for someone to open from inside or use the garage steps. Also takes a full day for the fridge to get cold, they must turn it off after checkout.

Convenient Location

The location was a short walk to everything which was great for small kids, but the boardwalk stayed loud late into the evenings which was not ideal. Super easy self check-in (LOVED not having to pick up and keep track of keys with the keypad locks). As with most condos in OCMD, I wish there was more than one elevator in each lobby

The location was great, especially for teens. Close to everything. The property manager was helpful and very easy to reach with questions. The condo had broken blinds and the rugs need to be replaced. Pool area needs to add some umbrellas or a shady space. A bit outdated but the space fit our family of 8 very well.

What a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation! Beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone. Location is excellent and loved being able to walk to everything!

16th Birthday getaway

Ive been traveling to OCMD and Chincoteague Island since i was a baby. 35 years of coming to the shore and this was by far the best condo we've rented. We intend to book direct with the Belmont from here on out! Perfect location for kids/teens with obvious entertainment at your will. Additionally, the location makes for easy access on amd off the island.

Unit is nice but needs some upgrades, (mattresses and dining room chairs). Pictures are a little deceiving, they were taken when building was first built. They don’t show the wear and tear of years of use. Location is great being right on the board walk though.

I liked that we were right there to do it all. Shopping, the beach, and places to eat. We only went for a long weekend so did not get much time to do anything else. It was a bit noisy due to the purple moose bar next door, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Family get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The convenience of checking in through my phone made it that much easier. The place was clean and the few times that I reached out to the manager they got back to me quickly. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

This property is ideal if you love oceanfront and beautiful views. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. Management was constantly in contact with me and answered questions in a timely manner. Love love love the view and the balcony.

Condo located on the boardwalk in the heart of OC

Overall great place to stay. Great location along the boardwalk, and you’re up high enough to be away from a lot of the noise. Would definitely recommend.

Paradise

We spent a week here with our family of 7. The condo is beautiful and exactly as expected from the listing. The balcony views of the beach, strip and bay are vast and stunning. We were able to see our children on the beach from our balcony too which was great. Access to the pool, boardwalk and pier were all very close and easy. One major caution for future renters, we traveled with a shell rooftop carrier which could NOT be accommodated in the parking garage. There is an 8 foot limit for entering the garage which was not communicated in advance or in the listing. We had to park in the driveway and quickly unpack the car, remove the carrier and carry this up 8 flights of stairs to store this in our dining room for the week. It was not a great start to our trip but was a small bump in the road. I recommend the owners get some outdoor parking options (without a fee) for such instances and better communicate this in the listing. Everything else was exceptional. I would definitely stay again!

Great Location - Will be back again!!

The location is great. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect! Easy to get in and out of, close to everything, and plenty of amenities. Definitely will be back!
