Impressed with the cleanliness of the room when we walked in! Nice rooms and plenty of room for our family of four. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool deck with places to sit. Would definitely stay here again! In walking distance from grocery store.

Overall this property is great. It's not the most updated property but it's nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Access to the beach is close to the pool and has multiple showers/hoses for rinsing off after you've been at the beach. Each unit has it's own parking spot too so it's nice to not have to worry about where you're going to park. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well.

Worse experience I’ve had

Place was dirty. Black mold in the freezer stained floors carpets. Also the lock to the balcony was broken and we had kids huge safety issue! We had to leave before even settling in and book another place we did not feel safe staying there with our kids.

Ok, but not worth what we paid

I'll start with the good parts first. Any staff we encountered were friendly snd helpful. Check in and check out wete through text so that was very easy. The building's pool was nice and you could get directly to the beach from there, it was a very short and safe/easy walk (which is great when you have young children'). The unit also had some puzzles and games which was nice since we didnt bring many toys. Overall i would stay in this building again but likely not this unit. With the exception of the master suite the unit was pretty outdated with dingy/junky furnishings. The kitchen knobs were all wobbly and half off, the freezer handle was taped on and the fridge pooled water all over our food. The container for eggs broke into pieces in my hand because of how much water it absorbed in the fridge. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets with clean dishes, no coffee pot (we used the glass measuring cup though), dirty stuff in with the silverware, the floors turned our feet black within a few hours of being there despite the fact that when we first entered the unit the scent of Fabulouso was over powering. Fabulouso has no antibacterial properties so you get all the germs from the previous guests, i had to buy lysol to clean myself. Dressers smelt so bad i could not store our clothes in them and the beds were so hard even our kids woke up complaining of back pain. Again, building/location fine but this unit was not great, especially for the price.

Pictures were exactly of the place, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, view was beautiful management was very pleasant talkative an helpful, also 1 thing to add to check in list so they know the luggage carts are in a closet across from managers office we looked all over for them and off peak season you can park anywhere on premises, enjoyed our stay

Lovely Condo

The property is immaculate! The pool and patio are well kept. All common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was perfect. Great views of the ocean and the bay! The location is good, with bus access to everywhere. Will return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Perfect location

Having never been to Ocean City we picked a place blind per say. We wanted room for 8 to sleep ... Check. We wanted to be able to walk right onto the ocean .... Check. We wanted to be able to make meals .... Check. We wanted to have easy access to places ... Check. This was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Okay for the weekend

Pros: Location where I wanted to be. Master bath is nicely updated. Easy access with digital codes. It was "pre" season so traffic and parking were easy. Cons: WiFi is slow as molasses. Also, difficulty connecting for some in my group. I just turned it off and used my own data plan. Cleanliness was okay. Mostly clean but swept up some large dust particles and a sauce pack next to the fridge. Other comments: Online pictures show blinds on the sliding doors. There weren't any when we arrived. It would have been nice for privacy to be able to pull drapes or something across those two large openings. Blinds in bedroom also not very private. Master bed is the most firm mattress ever...with very flat pillows.

Won’t stay again.

“Newly Renovated” just isn’t true. The bigger bedroom and bathroom was but the rest of the condo wasn’t “new”. The entire place was extremely dusty, the shower didn’t work and the drain was full of hair (no response from property management for over a day), the fridge seal was broken so it wouldnt close all the way unless you forced it, the lock on the door was broken and had to be rigged to lock shut. Overall bad experience which is sad cause the location was good. I won’t be renting this property ever again.

Great location, decent condo!

Other than getting there at our check in time to have cleaning staff knock on the door 15 minutes later to clean, the condo was pretty nice. Great location right on the beach, with a pool that you have to walk past to get there. Away from all the crowds but a short drive from everything else. Nothing but good things to say.

We chose this condo even tho it was the most expensive one of the group we liked but felt like it was not worth the extra money. Pros: dual view of the beach & bay which was neat, large balcony, pool with condo. Cons: we arrived to sand all over the floor & 2 broken bed frames (which were fixed within 12 hrs). The overall feel of this specific condo is outdated. We had a good stay but feel as tho the owners of the condo do not keep up with it or update it. Old carpets, beds were semi-comfortable, two microwaves in the kitchen because one was broken, minimal towels provided (1 bath towel for each person & 1 kitchen towel), no paper towels provided, & very slow WiFi (we actually didn’t use it because it was so slow). Overall: decent stay but not worth the extra money.

Good Location but Disappointing

The location of the property was great, it was really nice being right on the beach and having access to the pool area. However, the place was very dirty, floors and bathrooms were very filthy and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned between renters. Very disappointing and unsettling in times of Covid and for having to pay such a hefty “cleaning fee.” Both of the beds in the double bed room were broken and unusable. Both wooden boxspring frames were broken in and both beds sunk to the floor through the bed frame like double bed sized hammocks. Extremely unacceptable when listing advertised the ability to sleep 8 people.
