  • Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 Bath condominium conveniently located mid town Ocean City on 58th street and the Ocean block.
    Princess Irene 302 can accommodate a family of 9. Bed sizes include a queen in bedroom 1, a queen in bedroom 2, a single and a full size in bedroom 3, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soap and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
    New flat screen Tvs. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This property rents any 3 nights all season. Third floor unit in a building with an elevator. Owner allows use of storage locker and use of beach items.
    Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great location!

Will totally return! Great location and easy access to the beach. Rooms were bigger than expected and amble space for a large family.

We had a great time. Very nice place, we loved having an elevator. The washer and dryer were great. It was nice having the storage shed for the golf clubs. The only problem were the ants and traps in the kitchen when we first arrived. The dishwasher was also full when we got there. It would be nice to have a bigger pot to make spaghetti and more silverware. Thanks for letting us use your place for the week!

Great Place to Stay

Overall the listing was exactly what we got and the place was clean upon checking in. The kitchen had more accessories than most places I've stayed and the washer and dryer worked all week. The only thing I wish the listing stated was that the Full bed in the room with the twin was a Futon. It sagged to the center and after the third night was getting very uncomfortable. If we would of been staying a full week something would of had to of been done. But overall I would stay here again.

Nice condo

The condo itself was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and even came with a small storage area in the parking area with all the beach supplies needed. My only criticism is the traffic noise outside since this is right on the highway. The main bedroom doesn’t face the highway but I could still hear it all night. The front two bedrooms were very loud. However a white noise app on the phone was a huge help!

First time renter and had higher expectations

The pics show a newer look than what the furniture and unit looked like, was not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the unit and had ants as a result.

Good location, not clean

I will start by saying it’s a nice place to stay in a good location. However, it was not clean. There was sand everywhere (I understand we are at the beach but it didn’t seem like it was even attempted to be cleaned). There was a muffin wrapper on the coffee table and tortilla chips under one of the beds. The furniture was dirty. The shower in the one bathroom did not drain. We tried to contact the owner about the dryer that only worked some of the time which we really were relying on, no answer or callback. Bring your own curtains because two of the rooms are BRIGHT from the fluorescent lights outside the windows and the blinds don’t block out the light well at all. Overall decent place to stay but the cleanliness and lack of communication definitely knocked it down for us.

Wow Factor

Initially walking up we were skeptical and wondered if it was a good idea.. we opened the door and instantly was impressed. Wry nice clean property. The only serious complaint was the couch could’ve been updated

Great spot

Great location and very clean! You can see the ocean from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. It was a great spot to walk to restaurants. The bus stop was right outside the condo which was awesome.

Very clean and spacious

I was very impressed with the apartment very nice. I went in winter and the heating was awesome. I would recommend it.

Comfortable stay.

Overall very happy with the property and location. It was as advertised. The apartment was nice and large and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were some minor cleanliness issues but nothing that would prevent me from recommending to others or from returning in the future.

Perfect Property!

Me and three of my gfs wanted a nice place to stay for our Girl's Trip that was homey, roomy and close to the beach! We found just that at Princess Irene. It was a bit pricey but honestly worth it. The condo was so great! It was clean and roomy and had amazing amenities (fully loaded kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, chairs and umbrellas...boogie boards and buckets for the beach). We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was a slight inconvenience but definitely NOT a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

The location is wonderful; a quick walk to the beach. The condo is very clean and well decorated. The pictures are exactly what you get. No complaints about the condo; everything was perfect. The renters below were loud, but if you aren't going during Senior Week, you should be OK.

Girls Weekend

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. However, please be aware that you need to bring sheets, paper towel, even garbage bags. Not having the basic was annoying. The apartment was walking distance from the beach and local restaurants.

Ocmd vacation during covid

it was a wonderful condo! Was not cleaned well prior to arrival ( for instance bathroom toilet had signs of puke around the bowl and back behind the seats) but the main living area was clean. Once I cleaned a bit it was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, spacious home away from home. I highly recommend this property for vacations

GREAT loation

Great location, within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. short walk to the beach - chairs and umbrellas as well as sand toys provided in the downstairs locker which was fantastic! The only problem was our 'room mates' - little ants in the kitchen area were annoying but nothing we couldn't live with. We would return to this property.

Under stated

While I rented at the very last minute having just been scammed I was skeptical about what I would be getting. But the place was beautiful well maintained and we wanted for nothing. While it says we needed to bring our own linen it didnt say it had everything else. We were so pleased that we left things like laundry detergent toilet ;paper, paper towels, a bacon tray because there was none there, measuring spoons. We felt so much at home we hated tp leave. I am praying this place will be availabe to us next year thinking if possible I would like a 2 week stay. While it was not on the ocean it was close enough to view and enjoy ocean city.
