During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living room is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a flatscreen TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony with an outdoor dining area and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer will make your laundry duties as easy as ABC! Things to Know No pets and no smoking, please The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. There is a $40 non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee required. Please note that the indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
