Our Valentine get-away

We were so happily surprised when we opened the door to this beautiful condo! The marina views and sunset shows were spectacular! The condo was filled with anything we could need and the abundance of towels was amazing! We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and would definitely stay with you again!

Overall Very Nice

Pros: -Great location -Furniture comfy in condo and rooms were spacious -Pool was great to have -Balcony spacious -Extra bath towels were nice to have The view ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cons: -Screen door hard to open -Blinds broke as soon as we opened them at the balcony door -Living room tv stations didn’t come in clear. Had to use bedrooms for tv Suggestions: -Could use another table for balcony -Should change the description as it still mentions previous work in balcony from 2023 -Didn’t need keys for elevator so it’s not really needed to get them and then have to return in way out of town **Please Change the parking description. It lists 2 parking spaces. This is incorrect. It should say there is 1 off street parking. When you mention 2 spaces that means 2 off street spaces. Thankfully there was 1 space left across the street. Overall great place. Thank you very much!

Horrible service by VRBO - will be sharing my experience

Great location, property has been allowed to deteriorate and VRBO did not respond to basic requests for back gate pass and replacement of broken Cable box. The apt was priced well without your fee; with your fee and lack of service, I take my vacation $'s and spend them elsewhere.

Great Location

Overall, the location is excellent and the view is amazing. It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants. There is a nice convenient store a couple blocks away. The condo had a nice, open floor plan and plenty of space for our family of 4. I gave it 4 stars because the because the bathrooms could be updated (even just changing the faucets would make a big difference), and Vacasa did not respond to my messages via vrbo. I had to call them and then text using the number given in the automated message. I messaged them twice, a couple days apart with a question and got no response. Having said this, I would probably stay there again for the spaciousness of the condo, the view, and the location.

Loved location

Location is great and the view from condo is breathtaking had a little problem with parking that no one really fixed we had to find the person parking in our spot ourselves to make them move other than that loved it.

Great View

Location & view were wonderful. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working properly. Did not keep food cold & freezer didn’t make ice. Previous renters had the same complaint as written in the guest book. Condo needs maintenance. Proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants & activities was excellent.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, minutes from the Boardwalk. It is very well appointed, we basically did not need anything extra for the weekend we were there. What makes it really special is the view from the balcony, overlooking the water and marina, truly unforgetable!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay and the view was great but the 1 issue I had was the air conditioning did not really provide any relief from the heat. We could barely sleep due to being uncomfortable and sweaty. Everything else was great! Great access to the boardwalk.

Location was excellent with quiet beautiful views from the deck, condo and pool very clean. Could use some upgrades — bathroom faucets, screen door doesn’t slide so we left it open and the refrigerator was old and didn’t stay very cold or freeze ice ( we had to buy ice and it was slowly melting in the freezer). Upon arrival the AC was not working — it took 24 hours and 5 phone calls but the unit was fully replaced and we had a nice cool stay after that. Overall a great location and good condo for a weeks vacation.

When we arrived TV was not working. They came quickly to repair it.

The only downfall was the blinds at patio door were broke. He looked at it and said it could not be fixed. So at night we could not be in living room without wondering who was looking at us. Which made things uncomfortable.

Great Getaway

The property was great--clean, updated and spacious. The condo is at rhe end of the Boardwalk. We were there off season in September and while there were certainly people around, the Boardwalk wasn't overly crowded and traffic was manageable. Might be a little busier in peak summer. View was great and plenty of shops/restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again.

Amazing long weekend getaway

The property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Friday thru Monday. The view of the bayside marina was fantastic watching the sunset in the evening and we had a gorgeous calming view in the morning while we sipped our coffee on the balcony. In light of the pandemic, the property smelled and was very clean when we walked in, which led to instant relaxation. The only issues we had were minor, such as that the garage door opener would only open on the Wicomico side (we finally figured it out after a bit) and the text check out instructions I received on my phone told me to check out at 10am while the printed instructions said 11am. If there is a way to fix the text that comes through to future guests that would be great. Other than that, I would 110% book this property again for another long weekend or even a week long vacation. Plus the kitchen had all of the pots, pans etc to cook any meal. Lastly, the short walk to the boardwalk as another home run and one of the main reasons we picked this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we had such a great time and miss being at the beach.

The property was very nice, beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds. One drawback is that there is only one elevator and it is on other side of building. Since you need to use key to elevator to use this, when you leave someone ,use take the key and garage door opener back up and use stairs to come back down. Also had a very nasty phone message from Vacasa mNager about taking the key from lock box and she ne er called me back after I left her a message There was only one key and that was the one in the lock box, Apparently she was supposed to make another key before we checked in, which she obviously did not do befo we arrived and then left me a very rude phone message. This is not good customer service. Especially when they charge extra fees, Show one price on initial listing and until you are done the price is double what is shown on your site, depending who the property manager is. First time I had this issue when using home away
