Dirty

Some areas were dirty. Outside front door and hallway was really dirty with spider webs and trash. Inside the condo. The comforter had stains on it, tub was dirty. Shower didn’t have much hot water, crumbs on floor in kitchen. The view from the balcony was the only amazing part about this place. No one ever came to clean the place.

View-Five Stars, Condo-One Star

Pros: The view is fantastic! We enjoyed watching the jelly fish and skates in the bay every morning. The sunsets were gorgeous. The outdoor area is small with glass separating it from other properties, but the neighbors were very quiet and we had no issues fitting the 4 of us. The condo at first glance is nice. It’s decorated nicely with beach decor. Cons: This isn’t the fun part. I’ve never given a bad or even mixed review. There is no code like the link sent to you says there’s a lock box, no big deal! But only one of the two keys worked. The pool key did not work as well. The pool was my sons huge request. We were told they never had a complaint about the keys and we were given no solution. We spoke to other owners new pool keys given early in the year, hence it not working. The entry to the condo is filthy, the towel hooks in the bathroom are busted off, the comforter was dirty… I have photos of all of this because the agency renting it seemed shady. Our biggest battle was the mattress and couch to sleep on, after sending photos of how bad it was we were informed the owners ordered a new mattress, which was no help to us. Heads up the couch is as hard as the floor to sleep on as well. The local agency running it acts like issues are your problem, and the owners obviously are very hands off. Believe the reviews!

A couple of things

Simply totally inappropriate for the broken airconditioner to be sitting in the living room. Two closets provided neither could be used due to all the items stored and there was no additional storage i.e. dressers etc. The next door neighbor smoked both cigarets and marijuna so at times we could not even sit on the balcony without getting high Sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable but then most are

Pay for the view

Could of been a littke more cleaner the hallway was a disaster there was a unused air conditioner just laying about and in the way for paying 1800+ dollar for the stay could be a better hot water tank the bed so so uncomfortable amd unleveled the key card to the swimming pool didnt work not worth the price

Not a great experience

Then entry way to apartment was gross had stains and what looked to be throw up the hall way. The bed was very uncomfortable. Arriving there was no toilet paper. I understand I needed to purchase things for the week but not having anything when you arrive is a bit extreme. Also when going on vacation I really don't want to have to do my own housekeeping. After a long travel day I had to make my own bed when I arrived and unpack all the linens. I don't mind stripping things down when I leave but for the price I should not have to do my own house keeping. I felt this was a very lazy way of running a bnb. I would not recomend and I would not stay here again. I would say the best thing was the patio but the neighbors smoked and it blew right onto my patio and I had to go inside and close the door. Was a disappointing experience.

Relaxing Stay, didn’t want to leave.
