INFESTATION AND LIES

Sent multiple emails and complaints. Lied to about how vrbo and VACASA was going to help and as soon as we checked out… 4DAYS EARLY!! No more communication, no refund on days we didn’t stay as agreed it would be and no reports promised to be supplied I’d appreciate some sort of response to any one of the multiple emails I’ve sent I have and still am contacting customer service with no response via text, email or phone

Quick, Easy and Comfortable

Very easy booking and check-in with VACasa. The electric padlock on the door made access very easy upon arrival and throughout our stay. Did not have to deal with keeping track of any keys and all 6 of us could come and go as we pleased. The condo was very clean and the recent interior renovations were a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

Great Property

This is a great first floor property that features two bedrooms, bathrooms and sofa beds, it sleeps six. It has additional parking and all you need to enjoy your stay. My only request is to have the floor carpets cleaned, they are soiled, then that would earn 5 stars

Can't beat the location

This property is located in North Ocean City, very close to the Delaware border right on Assawoman Bay. The view, especially at sunset is phenomenal! You can fish or do some crabbing on the shared deck/pier right outside the sliding glass doors. A crabbing cage was included and boy did we have fun with that! The property is located on the ground floor so no stairs were ever needed. We had neighbors on both sides and above us but never heard them when we were inside; the walls are well built. All promised amenities were there with a well stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans, appliances were concerned. The rooms were clean with the exception of the window air conditioners which were covered in dust, as were the wall hangings/dried flowers above the kitchen cupboards. They honestly just need to go. Other than an outdated but functional kitchen the place was comfortable and again, you just can't beat the waterfront location. I would recommend to the owner to invest in some new patio furniture however as we spent most of our time on the patio during the day. The current pieces don't match and the green plastic chairs are not very comfortable. Again, minor things. Parking was right outside the main entrance - very convenient. We were close enough that we could walk to the beach (about 20 minutes) but mostly just took the car and parked on the side street and walked 5 minutes to the endless sands of Ocean City. What a fantastic vacation! :)

This is an older unit but is in pretty good shape. It was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed this condo and the view of the bay and bridge was incredible . Everything was clean and neat. The ease of using the accommodations was excellent. Very good experience!

Old time charm a bit from the main hubbub.

This condo reminded me of the our worn but totally charming old summer cottage. It has everything you'd need including games and thankfully not the latest and from Walmart everywhere. The highlight is indeed the sliding door in the back bedroom and in the living room which completely opens onto Assawomen Bay for beautiful sunsets. We loved it and its nostalgia.

Great view! Quiet neighborhood!

Great place to take the family or a few friends! Was bigger than it looks in the pictures, was great for 6 adults! Quiet neighborhood, and great place for families with kids too. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends if they were looking for a vacation in ocean city! Only thing is some of the stuff could be updated! Absolutely spectacular views though, especially at sunset!
