We really like this property. Plenty big enough for 5 adults (using 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths). It is pet friendly, so we can bring the dog. 400 feet from the beach, with views of both ocean and bay. You have to drive to the boardwalk, but that means it is quiet. And you can always take the bus.

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental in Ocean City, Maryland! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the beach with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. We loved being close to the action while still having a quiet, peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.The unit had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was a beautiful bonus – perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.We’re already planning our next trip back and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Ocean City!

Ok, needs some updates

We stayed in this unit last year. The size and location are great, and they accept dogs. Meets our needs. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. It is really starting to show some wear and tear. Most of the chairs for the balcony were piled in a corner because the bottom of the legs are rusted out and broken. When we arrived on Saturday the refrigerator wasn't working. We were informed of the issue 24 hours in advance but decided not to move location or date. All the units offered were much further north and Bayside. We could not change date as leave had been granted and people traveled from Georgia. A small fridge was provided - unexpected and appreciated. A repair man arrived on Tuesday (we were told he would come). HVAC guy came 1/2 hour notice. Sprinkler folks came - unannounced. And a new refrigerator was installed. It was a lot. These things happen. Mostly, it would be nice if someone cared enough about the unit to get new furniture for the balcony and just update some things.

Terrible, dissatisfied, and regretting the rental agreement

We arrived, the frig was not working. Our food sat in the frig. and went bad. No help from the 24 help line and no help from the local office. We had a contract for a 3bed/ 3 bath w kitchen, etc. The contract was not fulfilled by the rental firm. I stressed all week to be sure the family had fun. It was terrible and i feel we were bamboozled. Our money taken for an unfulfilled arrangement. We then had the added expense of having to purchase ALL food out from morning coffee to late night snacks. He shower was funky and the couch had an odor. Our money was stolen by VACASA and it was no vacation for me.

Dirty House

Overall, this should have been a nice stay. Property was well stocked, and in a great location. The place was just really dirty and worn-down. While the property manager was quick to offer to send folks to repair/clean those items that needed it, it shouldn't have been necessary.

Close to Beach, pets allowed

This place was perfect for 5 adults and a golden retriever. It is a very short walk to the beach. Three bedrooms and three full baths gave everyone enough space. The dog particularly enjoyed watching life go by from the balcony. We would stay there again.

Big condo!

Spacious condo - big bedrooms and bathrooms. Large/long balcony. Could use a little sprucing up - floor was sticky and turned my friend's socks black. Balcony furniture was rusted - majority of the chairs lost about an inch off of a leg or two due to the rust, making them wobbly. Stayed in May (not in full summer season) but the road noise was pretty loud. That being said, we'd go back again if the place gets some TLC from the cleaners. The beach is steps away which was great.

Nice location

The location was perfect, but the condo needs some serious updating. There was dust collecting all over the textured ceilings. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. There is no way to filter water, so we had to go buy bottled water for drinking. The bedroom doors locked and there were no keys (my toddler locked himself in the bedroom during nap time).

Nice Place, floors could use a good cleaning

Floors were extremely filthy. For the "cleaning fee" that was paid, someone could run a mop across the tiles after guests leave and before the new tenants show up. Otherwise, a very nice place, good location, easy access to everything. Will come again with a Swiffer mop!
