Nicely updated clean and spacious

Great property, plenty of room to spread out and relax, awesome balconies. Great kitchen setup with plenty of available dishes

Great Location

Our family enjoyed staying at Sunset Island. There is so much to do with leaving the resort. It was a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home fit our family and was very spacious.

Great Time!

The property is awesome. Sunset Island is a hidden gem inside Ocean City, Maryland. This is my first stay here and won’t be my last. So much to do within the property to enjoy your stay with family and friends.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. House met all of our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great venue for my 3 generation family. Everyone had a wonderful time. The variety of activities ( bay/pool/ocean/ community activities that catered to all age groups) made this the perfect location for our family. Before arriving, I was a little nervous about there being too many rules but everyone there was so friendly and helpful that my concerns were quickly dispelled.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and set up of the house is amazing. However, if you want to use your pool passes the first night you better get there at 4 because the office closes at 4:30- stupid set up on timing. Also beware the passes you need to park and swim are delegate costs paid out of pocket when you arrive, when we arrived our place had barely been cleaned. Dirty toilets with gunk where the bolts fasten seat to toilet, broken toilet paper holders hanging out of the walls, wobbly dining chairs, crumbs on surfaces and on floor in bedroom 1 and kitchen surfaces not wiped down and carpets need cleaning.

Television remote control on main level was damaged and needed batteries. Overall it was a good stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect! It was large, clean and had everything that we needed! The property management was our only issue. We went to them 4 times about us getting told the correct place for our 3rd vehicle to park and they never gave us correct information. Even with a parking pass, they kept giving us parking violations. This was an unpleasant part of our stay here.

4 Generation’s of Family Vacation

Rental process smooth and easy! Check In very easy! We had a wonderful 4 Generations of family vacation! Only problem we encountered was that Cleaning Service does not perform very well. We had to wipe down tables, due to spills that were not cleaned by the previous tenants. All in all, we love Sunset Island.

Beautiful property

This was our first time staying at Sunset Island. There were 8 of us ranging in age from 2 months to 68 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy, and also enough room on the main level for everyone to enjoy a meal together or watch TV. The community itself is beautiful with plenty of activities. We rented kayaks one afternoon and were also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house 4 yrs ago, wonderful experience. Our 2021 stay was unacceptable. The house needs a deep cleaning: carpets shampooed, bath mats and rugs should be washed or replaced after each rental, shower glass doors and shower floors scrubbed, air filters changed, mold removed from ice maker, sofas and upholstered chairs shampooed. There were dead insects in one kitchen cabinet and ants in one bedroom as well as living area. Simple repairs were needed throughout the house, we provided a list to the management company as well as an email describing the condition of the house. To date, we received no response.

Great property in a perfect location!

The property is exactly as described. It is in a perfect location with plenty of shops and food options within walking distance. Only downfall is not realizing the number of stairs to the larger bedroom (LOL).

Gorgeous Island and great house

It is easy to locate and within walking distance to pool and lovely bay beach. The house was cleaned but had soiled bath rugs and showers. I cleaned before use!! The garage door opener and light switches were very dirty. Otherwise I loved the house and neighborhood. Will stay there again.
