For ocean city maryland it was very nice. Beautiful veiws and clean. I few things could be done like an upgraded couch bed and maybe no carpet in the bedroom, it feels stiff. There was a mold problem in the ac but was quickly resolved and the toaster only had one side that worked.

Quick trip

Location is perfect! The parking spot is ideal and the elevator is a plus. the accommodations were as described and fit our needs. Everything was clean and arrival/departure was very easy. We will be back!

Nice quick getaway

This was our first time doing a VRBO in ocean city. The pictures were beautiful of the condo online and did not disappoint in person. Very cute and comfy. The view was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and washer dryer. The tv’s were big and the beds were firm and comfy. Everything was just perfect for our two day stay. We cooked breakfast in the morning and ate out at night. Text communicating with support responded quickly to anything we asked.I would stay there again for sure.

Don’t stay here

Arrived Friday night to over 1k people outside the condo for a car show. Sound was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even use the condo. My child and I felt unsafe with so many people and activity (someone was hit by a car outside the condo when we arrived). Contacted Vacasa and they refused to refund our money. We would never have stayed here if we knew about the car show. Think twice before booking a property with them-you will never be their customer.

4 day get away with daughter and friend

Perfect location, beautiful sunrise every morning from balcony. Beds were ok… sleeper sofa not so much. Loved having full kitchen AND washer and dryer!!! Overall great stay, will be back!!

Overall a good condo

Great location, parking lot, elevator and luggage cart. Beach access was a short walk and you do not need a special key to turn on the out door shower. Check in/out process was easy and the condo was clean. Some minor improvements: Dark out shade in the bedroom window is needed. The A/C blast you with cold air and then you get hot when it’s off, all night I had to put the covers on and then take it off. The mattress was too firm and retained heat. New broom with dust pan attached on top so you do not have to bend down. Highly recommend OXO Good Grips Sweep Set. Shower ring that glides easily, current one is cute, but very hard to move and falls off the rod. Mildew on the shower curtain. Flexible hose on the hand shower. Dated kitchen with really old appliances (small and large). Mildew in dishwasher with metal rack coating degrading exposing rust. Kitchen sink faucet has two knobs instead of a flip up. Not easy to use with dirty hands. Paper towel holder with weight to it or install an under cabinet one with two rubber balls (on Amazon Prodyne Under Cabinet Paper Towel Holder, Silver and Black Small) The current one is rusty and very light weight (useless). Sliding glass door was very hard to use. Vacasa did not provide enough dishwashing detergent or laundry detergent. One day's usage was given in a nice box with very wasteful packaging. The washing machine is small, so you would need to run multiple loads per day. Bring your own paper towels and toilet paper

Short trip/good time

Scheduled a short three day trip with my youngest child. Property location was great. Great view and proximity to the beach. Property states sleeps 6 but that’s if you double up beds/pull out couch. Perfect for 2-4 people. Only complaint was the mattress was hard but that personal preference.

Balcony door off track and not working

The accommodations were mostly fine. The balcony door was off its track and would not open, which was very disappointing as the balcony was the main attraction for selecting this rental property. The communication from Vacasa Property Management was poor after reporting the broken balcony door. After requesting photos and video evidence, there was no follow-up and update with how they would fix and resolve the issue for me.

Avoid at All Costs

Issues: 1. It was filthy. While the linens had been changed, that was about the only thing that had been cleaned. KITCHEN: Counters were covered in food and crumbs, there were crusty food smears on both the upper and lower cabinets, and the Keurig had coffee stains and grinds all over it. BATHROOMS: The toilet in the bedroom had fecal matter stains throughout the bowl, there was urine all over the seat of the other toilet, and the shower had multiple hairs in the tub. 2. The blinds were broken. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were broken and missing two slats. Since the bedroom faces the corridor, anyone could walk by and look in. A man walked by and peered in our window, terrifying us. We ended up having to hang a towel over the window. 3. There was mold growing on both AC units. While they offered to clean it, this amount of mold would require mold remediation, not just a simple wipe-down. 4. The gate to leave the parking lot was broken. The only way to leave was to have someone exit the car and enter the code at the entrance gate.

Nice view. Perfect place for two.

We liked the property and generally think Vacasa is doing a good job, but there are annoying technical disconnects between their email and texting communications. When we arrived we followed the instructions sent in one of the several text messages received. However, the information in the text message was incomplete, leaving out critical information that prevented us from getting into the unit. I had to call the customer service line to get the complete entry code. The person said the complete info is in the email. Then WHY TEXT incomplete info to confuse and frustrate everyone? the tv was not working and there was no parking pass. When you call the 800 number the people can only set up a ticket for a local person to respond, which took 2 days. They really should have been able to provide some technical assistance with the tv over the phone. After my stay I submitted a review by TEXT since that's where they asked for it. So I have already reviewed this place, but apparently it didn't count, because they asked me to review again by email. So which is it? Email or Text? If Vacasa can get this email/text inconsistency fixed they will receive top marks.

Nice!

Very nice condo that met all of our needs. Beds were comfortable. Living area air conditioner was great. Bedroom didn't cool very well. But we had a box fan along so the combo was good. Living area TV did not work. They quickly came by to fix it, but could not. I was refunded a few bucks for the trouble. I call that top notch customer service. Who needs TV anyway when you have a beach. Excellent ocean views and step right onto the beach. Very relaxing environment. Very happy with everything. I recommend.
