If I could give this property a zero, I would. The place reeked of smoke and was not cleaned properly. The promised supplies were also not available. I do not believe the owner knows that the cleaning people do not do a good job. Additionally, owner accused Myself and guest of taking his supplies. We arrived and immediately telephoned him and reported everything to the front desk we did not stay one night of our four day stay we were forced to go get another property owner promise to return our money and then did not contact Vrbo. We ended up staying at the carousel which was great but wasted two days of our vacation because of the condition of this property do yourself a favor stay somewhere else pictures included.

The place has a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean and bayside. It was awesome up on the 25 floor . Just a few minor bumps in the road . Other then that it was a great week.

Place is very conveniently located, with private access to the beach and pool. The panoramic views of the bay and the beach from the living room is amazing. We caught most amazing sunrise and sunset from the room.

Ample space for 4 adults.loved the direct beach access. Appreciative of the extras that were included : paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. The only drawback is that there is construction going on in the unit nextdoor so it was loud, at times. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and we spent most time outdoor.

Great place!

Beautiful view, affordable, and clean. This penthouse was awesome. The spiral staircase had me skeptical a little bit because of my two children under 10 years old, but it was fine. There was an alternate entrance if needed for the second floor. It was roomy and comfortable for my family. Eric made the whole process super easy and stress free.

Mini vacation

Met our needs. Could use some updating. Checking in was okay, getting your luggage to the room & back to your vehicle when leaving was not fun you have the choice of a shopping cart or laundry carts covered in dust. This is not the owners fault this is what the Quay condominium building provides quests. Loved the outdoor pool.

Great little getaway.

This condo met our expectations, even with being a little dated. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was sticked with everything we needed during our stay. Paper towels, tp, hand soap, diah soap, and kleenex were all provided. The view us amazing. We saw sime sun rises and sunsets, but most of the time we were in the clouds, it was a foggy weekend. Great location, kids loved the pools too. We will definately be returning to this gem.

Ocean City Vacation

The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase

Great views, great location

This condo was perfect for 5 adults, and was both comfortable and well-stocked with the things we needed to spend a week in OC. The Quay is a busy place in the summer with lots of people coming in-and-out, but the beach location is tough to beat. Overall had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Excellent getaway

Everything was nice. The owner provided all supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap,garbage bags, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, etc. Enough for the whole week not just sample sizes. Never stayed at a place that provided that much supplies. The pool was nice the buiding was nice.

Family Getaway

Property was wonderful. Comfortable furniture and nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows. Very spacious with outstanding views. Condo building was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. 2 bathrooms with a nice sized tub to soak in. Overall very pleasant, relaxing stay. The Owner Eric made us feel like family. My family and I will definitely, book this condo again in the future. Loved all the amenities in the condo and on the building property.

Nice beachfront condo in a convenient location

This condo is unique in that it has 2 levels. The views of the ocean and the bay are spectacular. The owner was very good with his communication. The condo has been well maintained, and the own supplies paper and cleaning products, which is a nice bonus, and not typical, in our experience of renting in OC for many years. The building is also well maintained and parking was easy. It has a nice swimming pool.

Wonderful condo

Great condo, great location. Easy walk to the beach. Condo had everything needed for cooking meals, as well as all paper products! View was beautiful of ocean and bay. Erich communicated well before the stay. Didn’t need anything at all while we were there. Lots of stair comments in reviews so I’ll mention it was no trouble at all taking our big luggage around to the outside stairs.

Amazing Stay

Eric was available for any questions I had throughout the stay, we had a minor issue at check in and it was resolved immediately. Condo was immaculate and so many amenities/ household products were supplied by him for our use. The Quay condo staff were also phenomenal, friendly & helpful. They remembered our faces and carried a conversation every time they seen us. 10/10 would return!
