This was our 1st time in OC and we brought our teenagers and our dogs. The location is perfect, as it is close to "Stinky Beach" where we walked the dogs every morning, there are tons of restaurants, things to do and the bridge heading over to OC and the boardwalk; all of which are minutes away. This condo was huge, so there was lots of space for everyone which was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there the condo next to us was being renovated almost the entire time we were there so parking became interesting. We did have an issue with our some of our linens that we rented being dirty, but we contacted management and they took care of it right away. The 2 balconies were dirty so we never used them and the garage was dirty as well, so no one used the workout equipment or ping pong table that was provided. Being that we brought the dogs it was a great location regarding grass. The pavement was so hot that going for walks would have been brutal/not possible without all of the grass by our condo. All in all we do recommend this condo for a family or 2 to have a great trip to OC. Steve was fantastic to work with, very responsive.

Beautiful, spacious home for our weekend getaway for my mom’s 75th birthday at the beach with family. It was pretty clean but a few little things can be fixed. My family enjoyed our stay here and I look forward to renting another one of his properties in the future. Close to the beach, shopping and good, close restaurants.

Plenty of room and privacy for our three adult sons -- who rotated in and out during our stay -- and their friends. We couldn't even hear them from the top floor when they were hanging out in the basement. Parking for four cars was a big plus, as was the fact that our labrador was welcome. He had a ball in the waves at Assateague, which was only 10-15 minutes away. Easy drive (even walk) to some great restaurants, as well as the Park and Ride to Ocean City proper. (We didn't use it, but probably would've if we'd been there longer.) Check-in was a breeze, and the owner/manager very responsive in all regards. Accommodated my last-minute request for sheets, for example. Our only gripe was someone in a nearby unit parked their work van in a space designated for us -- and stayed there for two days. Grr. Not anything the owner could've prevented or fixed, as they only have the one unit of the four townhomes. Had a great experience: we're definitely considering running it back in the future.

My friends met up from for a reunion beach weekend and had a great time. The property is in a perfect location to access both Ocean City and Assateague State Park. Tons of space inside to hang out, we would definitely recommend this rental! (Recs nearby - Build Your Own Cookie, Assateague Crab House)

Home is homeaway from home. Furnishings and decorations, wall color make this a warm and inviting place. The master bath has a cube glass window above the spa tub and catches the morning sun with a shimmer on the blue painted wall that is reminiscent of the sun on water. The convenience of the washer dryer on the top floor with the bedrooms is appreciated. We had a slow draining tub in one bathroom and the owner sent someone to repair it within hours of us calling. The kitchen is large and multiple dining areas are accommodate large family meals. Thanks to our hosts. We’ll be back.

Whole family (8 adults, 2 tweens, 3yr old and 2 very active 8 mos toddlers) met in OC at this beautiful 3 story townhome to enjoy sun and fun. I was so impressed with the open floor plan on the main level and the room sizes for everyone to sleep. All our towels and bed linens were nicely folded and ready to use, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the smart TVs, and Game Box were a big hit. LOCATION WAS THE BEST. Everything is within a few minutes ride. The beach, the boardwalk, and ANYTHING you could possibly want from food shopping to Outlet mall, to every conceivable restaurant even closer. Most places you you could bike to. We had great family meals and take out, game nights, heated ping pong tournaments, and room to have some peace and quiet when needed. The owners were very responsive to a minor idiot issue on our part, as well as checked in to be sure we were satisfied. All in all, one of my favorite places to stay and did not want to leave...we will return again. NOTE to parents with Toddlers, bring 2 baby gates for over 30 inches wide for main floor.

Great size and great location. Parking was great, we had multiple cars and no problem. Decor was showing its age, but clean and everything operated without issue. Garage was a huge plus, able to load and unload beach gear with ease. Would rent again and recommend to others.

Overall we had a fantastic weekend with our friends in Ocean City Maryland!! The house could have been in better condition. All the appliances were quite beat up and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and stains on the carpets from the previous people. But the owner was available on the phone right away and was very polite and apologetic. I still feel their cleaning service should have done a better job given that we did not check in till 4:45pm. Very spacious townhouse, We paid extra for linens which could have been better quality but they were clean. Overall a good experience!!

We had a really good stay for a 3 day weekend. Our family had kids from 7 years through 18 and they enjoyed all the games, including arcade and ping pong. House is spacious, clean and convenient and communications were quick and effective.

The house is spacious enough for 14 people with Smart TVs in Living Room/Bedrooms. It also has couple of well maintained bikes and boogie boards for outdoor activities & ping pong table for indoor fun. The owners are very responsive for any urgent help that you may need. The WIFI connection is very good to be accessed in all floors. Overall its a nice house at nice location as the ocean city boardwalk is only couple of miles from the house and there are many food joints & gas stations in about a mile from the house

We came down for Memorial Day weekend and despite all the rain we still had a phenomenal stay. The property had plenty of room for our group. Great communication between the owner and the property managers. Definitely recommend.
