Ocean view, well equipped kitchen, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. I love staying in this place. You can hear the ocean from the bedrooms and it was perfect for the kids because of how close to the beach it was. Michael was also a fantastic host. Someone in our party lost their keys and he gave us a few hours after check out to wait for the locksmith.

Great property, great location, easy access to the beach and right off Hwy 90. Highly recommended. Not a knock/con, but something people should know - this place has a lot of steps. There is a bedroom on the ground floor for grandma, but all the other bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs.

we could not have enjoyed our stay or this place anymore! The location and the pool and the layout all spectacular. The host was very attentive. We would definitely rent this unit again. One of the things I loved, was that it was 100% equipped. No renting linens and then making beds. Towels are all there and ready. Dish soap and body products. Everything at the ready. Charcoal and lighter fluid, you name it. A variety of beach toys, a beach cart, and many beach chairs. just show up and enjoy!

15 family members wanted to book a trip without too much time to plan. Our family had a difficult time with 2 family members diagnosed with cancer just this year. This trip was exactly what we needed to escape the chemo, dr visits, scans & labs for a week. Great house, nice touches with soap/shampoo, good towels, some tp, garbage bags, roku tvs, some games& books, beach chairs provided & a well stocked kitchen made the trip even easier. All rooms were well set up & nicely decorated. But our favorite spot was the porch with the dining set, couch & swings. We spent most of our time at “home” out there. It was a great gathering spot day or night. And with the back porch - bin/private shower & laundry line, it made beach trips a breeze. Great location for activities, food & beach access. Great that there are 2 parking spots but also options for “first come” spots near the pool as well. The owner was very involved & responsive prior to & during trip ensuring all was well & offering to make anything better that he could. As it was a very humid week at times we brought one of the fans provided out to the deck with us. But other than that, the only thing we would change was to stay longer.

Fantastic family getaway!

Lovely townhouse right by the beach! Plenty of space for the whole family, the kids enjoyed it just as much as the adults! Great access to the bus to get around town. Very clean rental and great communication with the property manager the entire vacation! We for sure will be booking to stay here again!

The house was very nice, loaded with every thing needed for a pleasant stay. the kitchen had every appliance, silverware, gadget. The house was comfortable and decorated tastefully. The location was fabulous. The host was very attentive. It was an extremely pleasant stay.

Very impressed

Great place, would definitely stay here again. We had a group of 10, ages ranging from 2yo to 70+, plus a dog. It’s pet-friendly but so clean you wouldn’t know it. It had the most well-stocked kitchen and amenities we’ve seen at a rental. So grateful for all the beach chairs, bikes, and kids’ sand and pool toys there for us to use. The interior was well designed with comfortable indoor/outdoor family spaces, and generally pretty childproof. (Just beware, there’s a lot of stairs.) 100% would recommend.

Beautifully furnished

This condo was decorated so beautifully.. very comfortable and soo close to beach.. the host was easy to contact and very attentive.. they supplied everything we needed from chairs to umbrellas to beach toys and bikes!! The only down side we found was the neighborhood seemed very run down and a bit sketchy on the street at night.. the bathrooms while gorgeous are also quite small.. we had 5 people sharing each of the 2 full baths upstairs.. it was tight!

This property was perfect for our group. It was close to the beach and had a pool. Even though it was a shared pool, we had plenty of room. There was a great supply of basic essentials provided as well as plenty of dishes and cookware!

STUNNING!!

We’ve traveled as a family for years, and have stayed in many places. This is top notch. Absolutely beautiful inside. The furnishings and decor are incredibly tasteful. The kitchen is stocked with everything! There’s a private boardwalk that takes you to beach in about 3 minutes. Balconies on every level. You’d never know how big this place is until you’re inside! The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us, we can’t wait to get back.

Birthday Celebration

I rented this beautiful well appointed townhouse to celebrate my 80th birthday with family. Three generations came and enjoyed all of the gathering spaces and sleeping accommodations. It had everything you could possibly need. We loved it.
