    Welcome to 44 Sunset Island Drive — Your Private Resort-Style Escape! Located within the exclusive gated community of Sunset Island, this beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome offers an elevated coastal experience perfect for large families and groups. Spanning four spacious levels, this home provides comfort, privacy, and versatility in one of Ocean City’s most desirable neighborhoods.



    The main level features a bright and inviting living area ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the gourmet kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, ample cookware, a morning room, and plenty of space for shared meals. Multiple private balconies offer quiet moments outdoors — perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.



    Retreat to one of the generous bedrooms spread across the upper floors, including two king suites, a bunk room for kids, and a private top-floor queen suite. A cozy den provides additional sleeping space and separation for groups traveling together.



    Your stay includes access to the full suite of Sunset Island resort amenities — indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, clubhouse, private bayside beaches, walking trails, fishing and crabbing piers, and seasonal dining at the Island Café.



    This home includes a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TVs, family board games, and a selection of beach gear and a kayak for added fun. (Kayak available seasonally; use at your own risk.)



    From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials such as body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



    All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Our homes are treated regularly, but occasional encounters are part of Ocean City’s natural environment.



    If something feels off — an appliance, an unexpected maintenance concern — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team will respond promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly.



    After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



    All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed is made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



    Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



    Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. Violations can result in fines or removal from the property without refund.



    Completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow all house rules.

We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back. We love staying at Sunset Island! The house was beautiful and Zach was a great host. Zach had great communication and checked in on as well.
