"Me cobraron por el estacionamiento por adelantado y al hacer check out, volvieron a cobrarme y resultó que tenía que además pagar otra tarifa en el estacionamiento al salir, me hicieron perder tiempo y no me querían atender, casi pierdo el Ferry. Muy mala atención en recepción, son indolentes y groseros. ..."

"Ubicado muy cerca de la estación del tren y frente a una parada de buses al aeropuerto que más se puede pedir. El cuarto resultó muy pequeño, pero cuando el encargado vino a traer una silla que le habíamos solicitado, nos ofreció cambiar a una habitación mas grande sin costo adicional."
