"The friendly accommodating owner of the Valley Star takes such pride in her place and it shows. Over 2 decades of family run business, it is spotless, spacious and comfortable. Full size fridge, stove, oven, comfortable beds and a couple blocks walk to the beach or restaurants make it such great value. My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. "

"Absolutely perfect! 10/10 all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful and food could not have been any better - it was perfect. The scotch egg for breakfast was the best breakfast dish i've ever had! i will look forward to staying here again one day and definitely recommend to anyone else especially travels on way east or west looking for a place to stay to break up the journey! " We stayed for three nights and found the room was clean,bed was comfortable and great pillows.I liked the size of the fridge and 10 cup coffee machine. Included coffee, sugar, coffeemate.
