We are disappointed to see your review as our beautiful villa is as it states in the advertisment. We do not have a heated pool & before you arrived we stated that air conditioning was not necessary & it was not included in rental. Unfortunately we could not accommodate 10 people as villa is just advertised for 9.. I quote the review from guests that stayed 20-27th August & they say the opposite “ Estadia ótima em família, tudo estava como descrito no anuncio. Date of arrival - 20 August 2023 “ Our villa is kept to a 5 - star standard as per advertisment

We are very disappointed to see this review. We take great pride in our villa & it is kept to a 5 star rating. We are continually upgrading our beautiful villa! Some gravel was delivered without us knowing about it & it blocked some of the driveway. Unfortunately company could not remove it. Again sincere apologies about this. Our villa is in a very quiet area with very little traffic & 24 hour security. We have parking outside our gate which is always used. Since we purchased our villa in 2007 we have never had any problem with parking for guests or us. It clearly stated in the description of villa that there was an extra charge for pool heating. There was a problem with our gate which is perfect & there even seemed to be a problem with our new fridge...

Manuela we sincerely apologise for this misunderstanding re villa details. We had a bereavement in the family & we sincerely apologise for the mix up. We have fly screens on the windows. Flies have been an area problem that have since been addressed by the community. We are disappointed to see this poor rating. We spend alot of time keeping our villa to a 5 star rating and we strive to ensure our guests have the best stay. Hopefully you will return and have the best holiday in Praia D'el Rey! We are very disappointed to hear that you did not have a great holiday. All prices are on the website. We included the hot tub heating at a reduced price as we are very approachable and we do want our guests to have the best holiday! We feel your description of flies is overexadurated.. There had been a small area problem which has since been addressed by the community. We have fly screens on the windows. Our villa is situated in the resort of Praia d'el Rey. The beach is a short walk from the villa. It was unfortunate that the access stairs were removed by the Marroit hotel during your stay. They have since been upgraded to a beautiful wooden stairs to access the beach. We did our best to have you all enjoy your stay at our villa - 8 stayed and we also supplied cots for the 2 babies. Hopefully you shall return and have a better stay the next time. We are very disappointed to see this poor rating as we strive to ensure our guests have the best holiday! Best wishes Anne & Jim
