"El personal muy atento y agradable. La habitación está bien aunque quizás haría falta un poco más de limpieza. La moqueta al andar daba sensación de estar sucia y el polvo se veía. Hay un italiano justo enfrente del hotel (buenísimo por cierto) que tiene un 20% de descuento con un papel que te dan los del hotel. Ojo, no te informan ellos, tienes que pedirlo. Por lo demás perfecto, bien ubicado, desayuno escueto pero muy completo. Y la atención de todo el personal que nos atendió fue perfecta."

"Muy bien situada, al lado estación de tren y de autobuses, línea de tranvía cerca. Bastante cerca del centro. La habitació estaba bien pero el baño tenía una mampara poco còmoda, se desmontaba. El trato del personal muy bueno."

"Aunque el hotel tiene un estilo antiguo, resulta muy cómodo y acogedor. Lo que más destaca son sus habitaciones, que son realmente espaciosas. Además, está muy bien ubicado y todo el personal es encantador y muy atento. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable."
