"1. A la llegada el establecimiento está cerrado. Intento llamar por teléfono sin éxito. Después de 30 minutos encuentro el acceso al hotel preguntando a la gente. Resulta que la dirección que marca la reserva no es la del hotel, sino la del restaurante anexo a el. Le explico lo sucedido a la recepcionista: ..."
