"Estaba muy sucio. Manchas en las sabanas, pelos en las camas y refrigeradora. Manchas de comida en las paredes. Docenas de colillas de cigarrillos y pedazos de comida en los balcones. Personal muy poco amable. Estaba tan mal que no me pude quedar aunq no quisieron devolverme el dinero de la primera noche, tuve que irme y pagar otro hotel."

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "This was a great place to relax with a good view and explore the Lake Thun and Interlaken area. It was away from all the tourists and was so relaxing. "Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍"

"The location was central to all the places we wished to visit along the 2 lakes. We had a rental car so parking on premises was a bonus. The accommodation was roomy for the 5 adults in the family. The kitchen was well appointed so we could cook meals with groceries from the nearby COOP. The Interlaken discount card Monika provided saved us a few Euro in admission fees at several attractions. She was a hospitable and welcoming hostess. I highly recommend."
