"This place is by far the most beautiful we’ve seen in all of Switzerland. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely magnificent! The apartment is charming and fully stocked with everything you need. There’s a grocery store conveniently located on the lower floor of the building, and a laundry room available for use free of charge. "This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"The worst, the bed bugs. They bit us and we had to kill many of them, full of blood. Also spiders, roaches, lettuce inside the drawers, a lot of dust and dirtiness below the bed, hairs in the towels,…a real disaster. "

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...
