"Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly. "We loved our stay at Ashburn House! The B&B is lovely inside and out, with tasteful and lovingly executed finishings, and really beautiful gardens. The bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. The best pastries and fresh fruit I have had in a long time and a terrific coffee maker ;-).
