Neat and tidy.

Neat and tidy and remote, but you can definitely hear the traffic going by. Upon opening the front door, the odor was terrible and offensive and it lasted for about 3 days. The cabin is dark and quite small compared to the pictures. I was shocked. The bedroom is tiny. No room to put any luggage or travel bags. The bathroom shower drain needed to be unclogged. The bed was quite firm and the sofa was not comfortable. No cell phone service. The window a/c unit was sufficient. A cozy place to lay your head at night.

Quaint and cozy

Clean and well supplied little cabin, just right for 2 people. Fresh linens, plenty of towels for a week, good supply of kitchen dishes/cookware/utensils as well as coffee maker/ toaster and refrigerator. All the comforts - just lacking hooks/ towel racks and a place for clothes. Has a lovely front porch, however, cabin is situated close to the road which turned out to be less of a bother than our first impression anticipated. We would definitely choose this spot again.

Weekend trip

It was exactly how it was described in the listing. Not a large part lice but comfortable and well furnished. Used it mostly instead of a hotel/motel. Close to a lot of state parks and fun things to do around deep creek lake. Definitely be willing to stay again.

Very clean and cozy

Cabin is very small but very comfortable and cozy. Bedroom is super tiny and doesn’t have to much space to move around in but it didn’t bother us. Everything was comfortable and very clean. Towels were provided and kitchen looked fully equipped with things you may need. We enjoyed out relaxing getaway in the mountains.

Great little place that slept 4 adults. You may not have service, so don't rely on it. Easy to find, clean, and great atmosphere.

perfect little cabin!

I loved my 4 nights here! The cabin was clean & had everything that I needed. The location is perfect as well; it's a short walk to Swallow Falls State Park and a short drive to several other parks and hiking areas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

Great getaway

I'm a retired senior and a week at the Deep Creek Lake area was perfect. The cabin was exactly as described, quiet and near trails, state parks and the lake. Loved it!!

Getaway Cabin

This cabin was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. The cabin was very tidy upon arrival, firewood was provided which was unexpected based on the listing, linens and cookware were in good condition, and the setup was very homey. Property was beautifully covered in snow all weekend with friendly locals and plenty of wildlife to watch while we sat on the porch swing for coffee. Would highly recommend for a couples getaway but wouldn't try to fit more than 3 at the most at this location if you plan on spending a lot of time at the cabin as we did.

Just what the doctor ordered!!

This was a beautiful property, especially when we arrived. It had snowed and the holiday lights were glowing, what a welcome!!! Inside is very cozy, perfect for 2 adults, it might be a little crowded with 4 adults. The location is convenient to trails, parks and stores. All in all, It was a beautiful, relaxing few days.

Great location

The front porch was great. Very relaxing, with a swing. The inside was smaller than we anticipated, not having a place for your suitcase or clothing. It was much darker inside than in the pics. The surfaces were clean, although the walls had many spiders in webs. For them not to see a huge web with a spider over the stove was unimaginable. We cleaned the ceiling fans and walls in the bedroom.

Great location!!!

The cabin was located just a short walk to Swallow Falls State Park. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and even saw deer behind the cabin! Definitely a relaxing and stress-free environment.
