The house is really convenient, which is 20 mins centrally located to all nearby cities Berkeley, Hayward and Walnut Creek. The West Oakland Bart station is only 6 mins away(only 1 stop to Embarcadero station in SF). 4-minute drive to I-980 highway.

This home is located in a West Oakland. 4 bedroom (2 queen size beds and 2 full size beds), 4 full bathrooms give every one of our guests hot relaxing showers after a long day and a quick get ready for bed & morning routine.

Two keyless locks on the front fence gate and main door making your stay safely.

There are 2 master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and spacious walk-in closets, which gives you additional room for luggage. The 2 master bedrooms also have a table and chair so you can use your laptop for work or leisure in your own space. Both master bedrooms have full body mirrors for your OOTD!

Fully stocked kitchen and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / dining area to enjoy meals with your family. We also provide coffee grinder/maker and toaster. You can enjoy a hot brewed coffee in every refreshing morning.

First open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa and 55" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or. There is an air purifier on the floor to keep our guests stay from air pollutants.

Second floor living area has a comfortable sofa bed(additional space for 2 people stay) and 50" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps.

All the mattresses are pillow top queen size to have a great quality sleep. High-quality flooring throughout the all house.

Guest have access to the whole house.

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
