Amazing host!

We appreciated all the attention to detail in how the spaces were set up including making the third bed and the labels for using kitchen and laundry. Having parking was super helpful. She has thought of everything. Host had great supplies and thoughtful touches, like snacks and waters. We would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Stayed here for 5 days with my adult son visiting for a family function in the area. Very nice place were able to feel at home lots of nice treats provided was a special touch. Neighborhood was also nice for walking in and was easy to go to Alameda beach which is a nice beach on the bay. Parking also no problem. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Alameda get away

My wife and i stayed at Vivian's Jade house for 5 nights while visiting from Florida. The house was perfect! It was very clean and came packed with snacks and waters and all amenities anyone could ever need. It is in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from great restaurants and bars. It was the perfect location between where our friends live in Vallejo and San Francisco where we had a great time. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay in Alameda

After a wet, rainy drive from Los Angeles to the Bay Area, I was glad to finally check in at Vivian's rental. She was very communicative and incredibly flexible after our long drive up. The place was very clean, well stocked with welcome snacks, plenty of water and I think I even saw maybe ginger beer? I'm not sure because I was so distracted by the snacks on the dining room table lol.The heat worked fantastically, oh my goodness. We had no issues staying warm since the weather was chilly. I also really liked the daybed in the living room because it allowed my sister to lounge on the couch while I would lounge on the daybed when we watched tv. Having dedicated parking was great but the driveway is a little narrow so I actually found parking on the street during the two days we stayed. The accommodations were very comfortable and central to getting in and out to Oakland. I drove my electric car so it was great being eight minutes away from a charging station that was rarely ever full.Thanks again, Vivian!

Great host and home!

Property was clean, comfortable, and furnished very thoughtfully by the host. Amenities throughout the house were well-kept; we also appreciated the snacks waiting for us on the dining table! Parking in the back was also a plus. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Alameda!

Great Stay!

The home was in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Not too far outside of San Francisco if that is where you're going. The home was comfortable, cleanly, and full of many detailed amenities including water bottles, plenty of towels, a comfy bed, full kitchen with a fridge with ample space. If/when we decide to return, I will definitely be happy to stay here again. There is parking in the back area, off of the street, but street parking would have worked as well as it is definitely a safe neighborhood.

Perfect for my onsite work week!

The property was very clean and cozy with some modern updates. I liked the availability of parking on the property too.Vivian was very communicative and accomodating, and the overall checkin/checkout process was streamlined.I definitely hope this place is available for my next work trip!

This was our 3rd stay at JadeHome - it truly is our “home away from home” when we visit family in Alameda! Vivian is great to work with and very responsive, and the house is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to a future visit!
