We ordered a non-smoking room and got a room smelling of snuff . the dirty room . on cushions on the bed sheets stained pillows . Store cushions in a closet all day so you do not return to market. said they gave us breakfast in the lobby . A breakfast laughter. It was at a table for magazines reception had a bottle of juice and a box of pasta for all guests . we went to a cafe for breakfast Would not recommend

Las condiciones del hotel y de las habitaciones son muy buenas, sólo el último día no nos pusieron toallas, hay una tienda cruzando la calle donde encuentras de todo, si sales después de las 11pm en ocasiones hay mucho vagabundo pero no se meten con uno...

Hotel para llegar a dormir
Si lo que necesitas es un lugar donde solo llegues a dormir porque vas a estar todo el tiempo turisteando, este es ideal por el costo, tiene buena ubicacion ya que esta a 2 calles del BART y te puedes mover con facilidad a San Francisco, gran ventaja que tenga frigobar y microondas,ademas de cafetera, el cuarto estaba normalmente limpio aunque las alfombras y el mobiliario se ve que ya tiene algunos años y la cama no es muy comoda.

Truth
There was mold in the bathroom and almost no water pressure for the shower. The beds were comfy but had small blood stains and a couple of cigarette burns. The parking was free and the front desk personnel was kind and attentive. It is a great location for travelers on a budget. It was also very quiet.

Very nice stay
We were allowed to check in early without paying extra, since we came from far away. The rooms were very nice, and had a fridge and microwave. The courtyard was perfect to sit and enjoy coffee and read. There were quite a few nice places within walking distance to go.

The cleaning detail for our room was lacking. We only had a quarter roll of toilet paper and only 2 small towels and no shower towels. The website advertises microwave but our room had no microwave. My son who also stayed in his own room was assigned a room with a guest already assigned. He walked in on a lady half dressed. Otherwise not a bad stay

Not pleased
I wasn’t very happy with my stay. To start, I requested a handicap accessible room. I put on the 3rd floor and the location had a broken elevator. So I had to carry my handicap 4 year old up 3 flights of stairs. The room looked fine at first glance. But we were surprised to see the floors were filthy. My 4 year old can’t walk, she scoots on her knees. When I went to pick her up I saw that her hands and shins were BLACK with filth. I hurried to give her a bath only to find out the bathroom light was on seizure mode, strobing like crazy, with the worlds loudest fan. It sounded like someone dropped a whole bag of marbles into a blender. Not very happy and won’t be returning. Happy I only needed to stay there for one night
