Lovely house, awesome owners

We came to Maine to visit family nearby. The owners answered our questions thoroughly and promptly, and even provided pictures. We appreciate the opportunity to bring 3 large dogs, as it is often difficult to find a truly dog friendly rental.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The hosts responded promptly to a few questions and the neighbors on both sides were quite kind and helpful, esp. Art. The house was stocked remarkably well, they thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you for sharing this gem, hoping to return in the fall.

Amazing, quirky, eclectic, ADORABLE

Stayed here with my 83 yo parents and two of my siblings for a memorial service for my dear Aunt. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed the small, sweet details of the entire place. It’s obvious a lot of love and care went into the decor. So comfortable. Would most definitely love to stay again for another trip to my parents hometown!

Comfortable and colorful stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Classy Home steps from Colby and Trails. The home was tastefully decorated, colorful, and spacious. We enjoyed the short walk to Colby College, taking a stroll through the campus. The beds were very comfortable. Arthur is a great host, promptly answering questions we had. A perfect place to stay!

Now I know what it means to be a Super Host!!

The property was as advertised, and we enjoyed all of the wonderful little extras that were provided. We were less than a mile from Colby College which is where we needed to go. My only suggestion would be to add a picnic table and some outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard. We were very happy there and would definitely rent this property again. Oooh, what a bathroom shower!!

Clean and convenient. It had everything we needed. Internet worked well, which was key to get some work done. Two of the three doors didn’t work, so that could be an issue if needing to exit in emergency with one option. Otherwise, very pleased.

Perfect for a family weekend.

We agree with the many comments about this clean, well appointed and comfortable home. We are a three generation family visiting to watch Colby basketball just down the street. We enjoyed having plenty of space to hangout and had everything we could want. The decor is exceptional. We hope to do it again sometime!

Winter week in Waterville Maine

This was our first time visiting Maine, and this home was perfect for our family gathering. Our hosts went above and beyond, even bringing a coffee pot to us on Christmas Day when they found out the one we had wasn’t working. The home was warm, with modern amenities mixed with beautiful antiques. Radiant heat in the bathroom floors was perfect. We were very comfortable here and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great house near Colby College

We had a wonderful stay at this house near Colby College which is only a short walk from campus. The house had a fully equipped kitchen which we utilized. The house has an open living room/dining room and kitchen which allowed for good conversations during meal prep and clean up. The beds were comfortable. We all loved the rain shower. We would love to come back to this property for a future trip.
