The location is great. Very near town with restaurants and shopping. The screened in porch is nice although Black Widow spiders were frequently seen. Air conditioning does not work well. Instructed to open windows and use whole house fan but screens all have holes in them so that resulted in many bugs in house at night. The bunk bed room bunks swayed and I do not think it would be safe for someone to sleep on the top bunk. House had some cleanliness issues also. Host was responsive to concerns and even had maintenance check the AC but it did not help.

Yosemite trip

Beautiful, secluded house on large property. Very clean with all necessary amenities. About 1hr 20 minutes drive to the valley. Host was very responsive, easy to get a hold off. Thank you!

Perfection

Loved the spacious, cleanliness, and location of this wonderful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a purposeful attention to the details. Close to town and a reasonable distance to Yosemite. The grounds were the wow factor with a hot tub, outdoor seating and screened in seating. The game room was used nightly by the kids. Communication with the owner was spot on. We had a minor problem with the internet, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with the owner.

The home was very clean and spacious. Room for all 11 of us. The home had all modern conveniences and plenty of towels. Communication with the host was very easy. Home is close to town and a half hour from Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing as always

This was our second stay at this property! Everything is amazing about this house: The location The size The neighborhood it’s clean, well maintained and beautiful. One little flaw is the amount of bathrooms. There is only 1 bathroom for everyone to use (another one in the master bedroom), if you could build an extra bathroom this would be an extraordinary property!

Family gathering

We really enjoyed the large, peaceful country setting in this beautiful family friendly home.We went out for walks and saw many deer and quail. The house was well suited for our holiday family gathering. There are very many nice amenities and little "extras" throughout. We especially loved the game room, wood stove, enclosed patio, and hot tub. The kitchen is spacious and well organized with all appliances & utensils needed for preparing meals. The beds and linens are comfortable with adequate storage space for personal belongings. With 14 persons in our group, sharing 2 restrooms and showers was a minor challenge at times, but otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

Loved this space. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants in the area. Super easy drive from here to South Gate entrance of Yosemite. Amenities were great. Didn't want to leave!

Nice & Cozy

My family of 15 fit comfortably. The game room has a futon and 2 roll out beds. The open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining was perfect for gathering. The game was an awesome hit with my family. Dart board, cornhole, pool table, Foosball and a flat screen TV. We seen deer the whole time we were there roaming around the property which was very cool for the kids. The covered patio with seating area was very nice. Property was very very clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful House with a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the mountains.

This house is beautiful and such a nice and quiet peaceful place to relax. The location of this home is perfect and close to Oakhurst and so many near by activities. The neighborhood is great and you can really sit back on the porch and not hear anything but the wildlife. The hosts are amazing and make everything an ease all while being available if you need anything or have any questions. Hope to be back again someday and enjoy this beautiful place.

Amazing Labor Day Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this amazing property with very convenient amenities for everyone. With very easy access to both the town and the nature, we all loved to relax at the Spa and with some games of pool. We literally could only ask for an earlier check in time and later check out time with smaller fees to enjoy more of the experience.

Good Property

Everything was great at property. Well planned and equipped for a comfortable stay. The only issue is Bathroom. It has 2 Bathroom with Master Bath completely open with no door. Its very inconvenient when 10- 12 people stay and it has only one Bathroom outside to use for al. The Bathroom in Master bedroom need the whole bedroom to be locked in order to use it. There was an arrangement with officially 12-14 people can sleep comfortably but Bathroom need to be better. The rate was premium. Location was 1 hour to 1.10 Hour to Yosemite

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

House is very clean and spacious. Great room fit everyone for dinner and gathering to watch movies. Kitchen is so well stocked! Backyard and game room were big hits with kids and adults alike. Hot tub was great after a day hiking in Yosemite and skiing. Host has labeled every drawer and switch so you know exactly where things are. Wish there was a BBQ grill—we assumed there would be one. Also just be aware there is no door to the master bath —makes sharing a bit more challenging. Overall great house to make a base for your fun in Yosemite.

Beautiful and perfect

It was a great experience from start to finish. We went on a family vacation 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 15 years to 2 months old. The area of the property was in a beautiful location, our breaths where taken away when we pulled up the drive way. Plenty of space for multiple cars. The kitchen and living room was spacious. The garage was a great place for the kids to hang out. The rooms had comfortable beds and in the master bedroom is a fireplace and grand bathroom. The backyard is a great area to hang out either in the hot tub or just relaxing in the hammock. In the morning we had deer in the backyard, the kids loved it. The house al together was very clean and supplied. There was everything we needed, kitchen supplied with dishes, utensils, cups, and it was all labeled for easy finding. There was plenty of extra towels and blankets. The communication was great as well just sent a message and was able to get a quick response every time. Can’t wait for another family vacation to plan at this property. Definitely recommend
