This was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving! The kitchen was large for all the food prep, and the formal dining room was set to make it feel extra special. The floor-to-ceilings windows let in such amazing light and had beautiful views. It had a very big TV in the living room, and a cute reading area adjacent to that. The entire place felt and smelled very clean. We loved it!

The property was spacious, clean, and offered all the amenities that we were looking for. The house was located near stores, restaurants, national parks, lakes and rivers. The hot tub came in handy after our day hikes and the wood burning fireplace kept us cozy during the cold evenings. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Lovely property with caring manager who responded immediately to every need (slightly early access to avoid rainstorm & tech help with thermostat). Amenities were great - coffee filters, soap, detergent, paper goods plentiful. Loved the neighbors (horse, donkey and family of deer), quiet and peacefulness. House was clean and bright. Lots of room allowing for personal time/space.

We had a wonderful time here! The property had everything we needed and was in a great location for making day trips to Yosemite. The host was accommodating and let us extend our stay when we asked. If available, we would stay here again for our next trip to the area.

This was an incredible home. Plenty of room and a great area to have kids running around in. I like that it came with a pack and play and games for the kids. The host was incredible and left us a welcome bottle of wine where we enjoyed it at night in the hot tub 10 out of 10 recommend this listing.
The hot tub had an amazing view!

This beautifully decorated home was extremely well equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.The hot tub was amazing! Very easy to use and was very clean. Very nice feature after a day at Yosemite! While our furry friends were not able to join us, the welcome items at the front door were a very nice gesture, along with a welcome note and wine for us!The combination of a wooded, private location with a very short drive to town for restaurants and groceries was perfect!

Perfect escape

5 friends had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had direct contact with the host who was very helpful and quick to respond for questions like how to turn the temperature of the jacuzzi up. Nothing could have gone better. The home is well made with a lot of beautiful details and very clean. We will definitely be back.

My family stayed here and really enjoyed the house, the floorplan and amenities (hot tub, ping pong table). Jason was kind and helpful with responsive communications and went above and beyond to help return a lost item we had. Great location too by Yosemite and Bass Lake, would highly recommend!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The house has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay (functionally and ambiance wise); the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the location was perfect. Minutes to the town, but you feel like you are out in the country. Great little escape!

Quiet, Relaxing and Serene

We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again! The house is situated slightly up on a hill so it had the best sunsets, which could be enjoyed out on the back patio. The house was equipped with everything you needed, full propane tank for grilling, dishwasher detergent, hair dryers, q-tips, even body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. They had a tankless water heater which was great when you have several folks all taking showers. Kitchen cabinets were labeled do you could easily find stuff. Plenty of space between the kitchen island and the dining table to eat for a large group. The garage had a ping pong table and foosball. It was very close to town and not too far from Yosemite. The hosts were very responsive, they even left us a hand written welcome note and a bottle of wine.

Family Summer Vaca Stay

First of all, this is one property where some of the photos in the posting actually DON’T do it justice. This home is SO nice, SO BIG and so spacious. The beds are COMFORTABLE, which for me has been SUCH a difficult thing to find at property rentals in the past. The owners put in a lot of time and effort into this property and it shows. The game room and washer/dryer are in the huge garage, but you can easily push the ping pong table to one side and have PLENTY of room for one large vehicle if you prefer to park your car inside rather than the massive driveway (and still have room to play ping pong and foosball on the other side of the garage if you want). This is in a nice nature like neighborhood so there are deer that randomly show up in the yard, there was a flock of 2 turkey hens with like 10 chicks one morning! As well as some tiny frogs along the fence in the back yard, in the summer! The south entrance to Yosemite National park is about a 20 minute drive, the Sugar Pine Railway is about 10 minutes away and SO fun, definitely recommend booking the longer dinner time experience if you can. The hosts were super available and helpful without being intrusive. They gave great suggestions for local food and made sure we knew they were available at anytime if there were any issues or if we had any questions. We brought our small dog which they had food and water bowls available for as well as a brand new dog toy. 1000% recommend. Will definitely go back!

Top Notch Accommodations

Spent Thanksgiving week with my family (wife, 2 sons, and dog) and loved everything about this house. Very clean and modern. The hot tub was a huge hit. Spent time with my sons playing foosball, ping pong, and sunset s’mores on the fire pit. The best part was that the house felt very secluded, but was just a few minutes from town. Highly recommend!! Our hosts were fantastic!

Oh Deer!!

Great location your in the mountains but close to amenities and fun! The hosts thought of everything from the hot tub, fire pit and the garage games you dont need to leave if you dont want to. They were also quick to respond to any questions to concerns. The roaming deer and animals next door were a favorite. Everything was so clean and organized we highly recommend! #TAAG2023

Fantastic property and great hosts

Jason's property was outstanding. We loved the location, the views, cleanliness and just the overall setting. The hot tub and the outdoor grill were great additions. We were there as a family with our dog. Our puppy loved the outdoors as well. Another very welcome surprise was the deer family that greeted us :) Jason was very responsive throughout our stay and whenever we had a question, he immediately responded. Thank you Jason and Pimmy for being phenomenal. We would definitely love to go back to your place in the future.
