The location is shared with an active farm, and the driveway leading to the cabin is riddled with potholes, some deep enough to damage cars if you are not careful. The cabin has a window, an AC unit, and a portable space heater, but it did not get above 54 degrees inside. "I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! "

"We arrived to a house with no heat. we reached out to the property manager who said they were working on, but no one showed up to make the repairs. The temp in the house was 52 degrees. Thankfully VRBO relocated us the 1st night to a hotel, but refused to relocate the second night. The property manager provided 3 space heaters to the house which would trip the circuit breaker about every hour, so we were constantly walking outside in the middle of the night to reset the breaker. "Great stay, everything felt like it was designed with the guest in mind. Quite a thoughtfully set up home. Our mountain biking teens loved having the sunroom and the hot tub area to relax after Windrock rides. One of the best stocked and labeled homes on VRBO!"
