This is our most favorite beach condo we have ever rented (and that is A LOT). The set up is the best! Being able to walk to restaurants, the store and ice cream is wonderful!! Tropical treats is the BEST!Stephanie is very responsive and met ever need. We have booked our third year here already!!

A Pearl by the Sea

This was our fourth visit and we loved it again. Clean, tidy, well provisioned, convenient location near shops and restaurants, pretty view, short walk over the dunes boardwalk to the beach, and Stephanie is a great host. We definitely recommend this unit!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. This was our third year at Southern Shores Villas, and our second at the Sea Pearl. We love the Sea Pearl! We'll be back next year!

A Week to Remember

Beautiful accommodations, comfy beds, over the top welcome basket this unit did not disappoint. Stephanie was over the top responsive with our needs. Tv in one of the bedrooms did not work and her Dad was there within a couple hours to replace even though it was a Sunday! We were there for the 1000 year no name tropical storm… that is another story but we still had a good time.

Perfect Beach Condo

We had such a wonderful stay at The Sea Pearl. There is such a difference between a family owned and maintained vacation rental compared to one with a Property Manager. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket filled with snacks and fun goodies, along with a personalized note. The place was spotless and everything was in working order! The views of the ocean and sunset were breathtaking. Side note: I loved the patio chairs and table. They were incredibly comfortable! This is our second year at this condo complex, celebrating our granddaughters birthday, and next year we will reserve The Sea Pearl for her 5th birthday. Lastly, Stephanie was so accommodating to us after we left on our last day. We had to go back an pick up an item we forgot to back and she answered her phone on the first try and allowed us in after our 10:00 checkout. Such a great experience, thanks Stephanie!!

AMAZING

The condo is immaculate. Beds were comfortable but a little soft for us - everyone likes different firmnesses of mattresses. Pleanty of space. The welcome gift basket was a hit with the whole crew. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as mini golf, restaurants and the grocery store. Can’t say enough good things about it and hope to return oil the future!

Great location!!

The location of the Sea Pearl is so convenient!! Its an easy walk to shops, stores, restaurants, parks and of course the beach! Great view of the beach and pool from the deck. The condo itself was very clean and bigger than expected. The host, Stephanie, was ver responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

The Sea Pearl was the perfect weekend getaway. The location is central to everything. There are several stores and restaurants in walking distance. The access to the beach is a short walk away and having the pool is an added bonus! The unit itself was very updated and clean. The owner was very responsive and had the cutest welcome basket for us when we arrived. We loved our weekend here and we are already planning to come back next year!

Perfect condo

All the kitchen was furnished perfectly. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The condo was beautiful. The outside furniture was very comfortable also and plenty of places to sit.

Sea Pearl is our favorite place to stay on Oak Island

Its a beautiful unit both inside & out. The view from the decks is wonderful. Its so relaxing to sit on the deck and eat breakfast or have a drink after dinner and watch the sun go down. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal at home and there are 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Several places to eat if you dont want to cook. The space easily accommodates several people to sleep, eat and relax. The photos are accurate. We've stayed in other units in the complex and this is our absolute favorite!

The Beach Trip ever!

We absolutely LOVED The Sea Pearl!! For years we have been trying to find the perfect beach and accommodations for our family That everyone could agree on. This is it!! Stephanie was the best host ever and very responsive to questions and needs. The location is perfect as you can walk to the grocery store and several restaurants plus the ice cream store which the kids LOVED. Being right on the beach and having a great pool was wonderful for the kids. We loved the layout of the condo and Stephanie thought of so many wonderful details to make our stay perfect! The gift basket was an unexpected pleasure and so thoughtful. We cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is so we already booked the same week next year!! Thank you!

Quick 2 night stay

Absolutely loved this place! The Sea Pearl left a cute welcome set up for the entire family to enjoy. Despite the weather not being the best, the house was perfect, everything we needed and more. The view and the walk to the ocean was even more of a plus. We were unsure of where to eat when we arrived, but thankfully there was a “welcome guest book” with favorite places to eat, do and etc. I recommend staying with Sea Pearl 12/10. Plus everything was remotely close!!
