Beach front convenience

Loved the location. So convenient to run back and forth to the house it was so close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with a great pantry cart for easily storing all our food. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Large screen TV. The only things we would have wanted would be a covered porch and pavement or gravel under the house. However we had a wonderful trip and would stay there again.

Perfect spot! The home is super clean and the owner is very easy to reach. The kitchen is fully eqipped (and then some). The beds and pillows are excellent. We loved it!

Our Family Vacation

The key pad did not work. Had one key all week. The fan in the living room did not work nor the bedroom with the king size bed did not work. Tv in bedroom did not work. The chairs at the table I think a couple of them are broke we did not break them. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The set up of the house was good for our family. It was our first time staying in Oak island.

Fabulous!

My husband and I stayed at the Pink Pelican for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute! The house was right on the water with the beach access conveniently right next to the house! We spent a lot of time on the deck in the great rocking chairs and high top table/chair combo! Just perfect to watch the surf and wildlife!Even though we ate most of our meals out, we were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan and utensil imaginable; as well as a full spice cabinet and dish and laundry detergent! We usually have to bring those items, but not here!!Our bed was very comfortable, which was also a bonus. The house looked fairly recently remodeled with new appliances and comfortable furniture. The open living concept was nice, but I imagine if we had a full house, it could be very noisy. We loved Oak Island and how family oriented and quaint it is- we hope to return soon!Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Oak Island Golf Trip

Great rental for a friends golf trip. Great courses less than 15 mins from the house. Wonderful oceanfront house with great layout with 4 Bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Back deck with ocean view was amazing to hang out on all day and night. Great open living space. House updated and clean.

Perfect place to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday!

Our daughter wanted to stay on the beach for her 16th birthday. After finding a few properties, I let her decide and, of course, she picked the pink house. It was roomy, comfortable and right on the beach! The beach wasn’t crowded and was beautiful. We ran into one issue and the owner was quick to respond. The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go back!

It was nice for the price.

It would've been perfect if the AC worked while we were there. This was no fault of the homeowners and they tried to get the air guy out during our visit but he was busy. I guess somehow before our visit the air system reset itself and would only blow hot air. Luckily it wasn't super hot while we were there so we just opened the windows. Other than that the house was clean and looked like the pictures. The hosts were kind and very respinsive no matter what time of day we messaged.

Wonderful view

This house was perfect for our trip! Enjoyed the view from the porch and living areas in the home. Easy beach access, all we needed for cooking, walking distance to the pier for our son who loves to fish.

Five Guys

We came up from South Carolina to celebrate with my son for his upcoming wedding. We were supposed to go fishing but it was canceled so we got to enjoy the house more than we were expecting. The cold wind kept us inside but we enjoyed the warmth of the coffee pot and kuerig plus the comphy couch and beds. Five of us were there and had more than enough space. Location was great and views were awesome. We saw sunsets and two dolphins near the beach right before we left.

Great stay for the Oak Island Marathon

We had a great time at this house with friends for the Oak Island Marathon weekend. The location was perfect for watching the marathon and we also enjoyed the decoration and beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked. You do have to bring all of your own linens and soap, TP, etc - FYI. Very cute house and we would return.

Happy place for girlfriends to relax

3 Retired ladies met and enjoyed a few days here. Everything was clean, up to date and steps away from the surf. As usual there are lots of steps. No surprise to beach lovers but worth noting to seniors. It's very common.

Great Place

Great views, clean rooms. Spent Thanksgiving here with my two sons. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything I needed for cooking. Definitely some corrosion on the outside and paint bubbling on the inside, but you have to expect that from a house right on the beach. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay!
