We had a great stay overall. Nice location with great beach access. My one issue is that the dish washer was covered in black mold. We tried to run a sanitizing cycle and it didn’t clean it. We called the customer service number and they said they made a maintenance notice, but no one ever came and we ended up doing dishes by hand the whole long weekend. When I talked to someone again at checkout they said the dishwasher was working fine. I agreed it was technically functioning but was covered in mold which defeats the point or a dishwasher. They offered a 15% discount on our next booking (they already offer 10% discount for return booking). So yeah, probably not going back, but had a good stay otherwise 👍

The "Seventh Wave" is exactly as shown in the photo's. The beach access and views make it a must go! I would recommend this to anybody. I did notice before we booked there was a comment about cleanliness, that is an area that needs to be improved on for sure. If you are going to cook, there is no grill. Be prepared for that.

Great spot for a relaxing vacation. The beachfront house and furnishings were excellent, the view simply wonderful, the plentiful birds (especially the brown pelicans and laughing gulls) entertaining, and nearby restaurants and golf courses first-rate. The welcome package however was a bit skimpy; bring sufficient TP, soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. We visited in late April and enjoyed sunny warm weather with uncrowded beaches. Perhaps more congested in the summer. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Access to the beach was super easy and there were restaurants within walking distance. Our only suggestion for an even better stay would be to stock the kitchen with a few more items for cooking and more bath towels. Both were a bit lacking. Overall, however, it was a great house!

Lovely house, lots of space, ocean front just steps to the beach. Large kitchen, spacious bedrooms, great closet and drawer space too. Close to restaurants, several you can walk too along the beach. I would definitely recommend and would rent again for our family vacation.

The views from the porches are stunning! We had 8 adults for a family reunion and spent hours visiting on porch enjoying the view. The kitchen seemed furnished fairly minimally. But when we requested wine glasses and a toaster, they brought them to us the next day. Very responsive! We would have loved having a grill. But, the house was clean, comfortable and gorgeous views with a lovely beach. We would highly recommend!

This property lives up to the pictures and is equipped with everything you need. The host was in friendly communication throughout our stay, although we never had a request or question. Comfortable beds and furniture, too!

Beautiful spacious home right on the beach. My husband and I spend a week every summer with our three adult married children and our granddaughter since all live in different locations and this home was perfect! Had a lovely time!

New construction. Pristine condition. Generously equipped with lots of kitchen equipment and above average quality furniture. We especially loved being able to shower off the kids after beach time in a private, parking level shower room with hot water and dressing area! Walk out the backyard right onto the beach. We had a party of 12 including 4 kids under the age of 4. The house was perfect for us!

This is one of the best beach houses I have ever stayed in. We stayed for a long weekend with another family, we had a total of 6 kids ages 2-9 and our stay was very comfortable. The house was super clean and everything was new and in great shape. It was very nice and so great that each room had its own bathroom. Whenever I had to ask the property manager a question I texted and they responded immediately. 10/10 would recommend this property.

Stunning, well built, beautiful home directly on the beach. Easy reservation and check-in process and the property managers checked on us throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or place to stay for our family vacation.
