The location was great and very central to everything. Very close to the pool, if the weather allows. Condo was exactly as pictured, with new appliances and comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and prompt to answer questions. No stress parking and elevator use.It was a great place to stay!

Cleanest condo ever!

Our family loved the condo! It was spacious and immaculate. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't an actual sitting balcony but that's on me for not looking at the pictures more closely. It was wonderful having an elevator! Highly recommend.

Prepare to make your own bed!

The positives: - Very close to beach access point at SE 58th St- Sleeps a lot of people- Has enough linens and shower towels for everyone- Washer/dryer when you are by the beach is nice to have!The negatives:- I did not expect that we would need to put the linens on the beds upon arrival! Why were the beds made with blankets? This indicated that the beds were ready for sleeping, but then we needed to remove the blankets and put the sheets on!- There are a lot of cleaning instructions to follow, including taking the trash out to the dumpster, taking linens off the beds (after having to put them on yourself at the beginning of your stay), starting a load of laundry before leaving, etc. This is all on top of having a cleaning fee.- There are no toiletries besides antibacterial hand soap. So there is no body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the shower, which seems like a must for a beach location.Comments that did not affect my rating, but something for the hosts to consider:- Though the instructions are to remove all food, it would have been nice if some cooking oil or butter had been left by a previous guest (for frying eggs, etc). - There are no beach items for general use (beach chairs, body boards). Obviously this is not an expectation, I've just stayed at places that provided these for the beach which was nice.

Great weekend getaway

Beautiful condo. The negatives are: A lot of steps. I also felt like the beds should have been made before we arrived. Our granddaughter was asleep and we had to get sheets on the bed to lay her down. Also, the beach is a bit of a walk.

Perfect spot for a fun girls weekend!

We had a wonderful time for our 4th annual girls trip to Oak Island! The condo was spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean! The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public beach access was just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!!

Great Time at Oak Island

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. The condo is a short and easy walk to the beach and the community pool. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The condo was very clean and well kept. Nathan was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time exploring Oak Island :)

Very happy with the condo at Oak Island

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please. Everything was wonderful and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had everything we could want. I was a little taken aback that we had to make our own beds. Have never had to do that before that I can recall, but not a huge deal. I definitely recommend!
